Cannot recommend Only Once more. My dress was in impeccable condition arriving on time. Lottie communicated with me throughout the whole process and was honestly amazing. Will definitely be using again, this is such a great concept!

I am so super impressed with Only Once Dress Hire! They were efficient on the delivery and return, and super quick to respond to any questions I had. I rented a dress for my 30th birthday and it was so beautiful, and really good quality. Lottie's kindness and personal touch is the cherry on the cake. I wish I could speed up the next event I'm attending because I cant wait to hire from them again :) Absolutely recommend this dress hire service.

I was looking for a Party dress for my mum and I, once I put my order in- Lottie was more than helpful with any questions I had. She also advised me on the sizing as I'm not the standard size 12. Lottie provide excellent Customer service and the dress looked amazing. We would use her again

Lottie was so helpful when it came to me finding my perfect engagement dress! I was worried the one I ordered was too big so she sent a smaller sizer out just in time! It arrived with another bag inside with pre paid stamps on. The process was so simple for returning!

This was my second time using Only Once and I love it more each time. The dresses are so unique and SUCH great quality - I got so many compliments when wearing! Royal Mail caused some delays but that was completely out of their control. Thanks to Lottie for staying in contact to update me when my item had been shipped. Will definitely be coming back! I've used the shop twice now, once in September for my best friends wedding and more recently for a birthday night out. The service has been incredible both times and Lottie is very friendly and happy to help with any queries.

The second time we had slight delays due to Royal Mail but Lottie was very apologetic and this was of course totally out of her hands but she kept me updated via text. If you get a little antsy like me then definitely order a little earlier than your event (not the day before like me! Doh)

The dresses have always been immaculate on arrival and I've always felt amazing in them, this is such a good option if like me you tend to buy dresses, wear them once and they live in your wardrobe for years. Very easy to post back too in the prepaid envelope.

Lottie was genuinely amazing and made my New Years so special! I originally ordered one NM jumpsuit which turned out a bit too small and managed to order another, which Lottie got to me in time for NYE at short notice. Lottie even honoured the 80% refund on the original jumpsuit I had ordered, even though I did not order them both at the same time. Both garments I received were as new condition and clean. I will definitely be using this again and telling all my friends. X
