Who knew hiring a dress was so easy?! Lottie was amazing in answering any questions I had quickly and the dress arrived on time in immaculate condition, overall a very painless experience which I will be doing it again for my upcoming weddings/events.

Wore the most beautiful Rat & Boa dress for my engagement party - it turned up earlier than expected which meant I had time to try it on and make sure I was super happy with it (which I was!) and it was the star of the evening. I felt amazing in it and Lottie was so helpful. Such an easy experience, like many it’s always daunting to rent vs buy, but I will absolutely use Only Once again! Thank you Lottie!!

I had a red carpet event and decided to hire a few items (as I wanted to have back up options.) Lottie could not have been more helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The outfits arrived in plenty of time and were absolutely stunning and very high quality. I felt incredible in the jumpsuit I wore and had so many compliments.
I’m gutted to send the garments back but will definitely be using Only Once Dress Hire again - they really are a fabulous company and I could not recommend them more xx

I was 100% happy with my dress it was stunning and in perfect condition I felt a million dollars and so happy I had come across Only Once Dress Hire, the service was brilliant and I will most definitely use again I would recommend to everyone to use.

Dresses never arrived... :( had to go find and buy a dress last minute before the event which was really stressful and pricey.

Royal mail subsequently lost the entire package. Not entirely Only Once's fault, but am quite disappointed as I had a good experience previously.

I have used only once dress hire twice within the space of a month! The pieces are amazing! A lovely personal touch comes in the form of a hand written letter, from the lovely owner Lottie. I cannot wait to use there services again!

After being let down twice by the biggest dress rental brand, I discovered Once Only Dress Hire and I cannot recommend them more. Lottie was super helpful when I explained the issues I had faced with the other company. She discussed sizing with me and was more than accomadating to my requests. The dress I rented was in perfect condition and came on time. I highly recommend hiring from Lottie, she is professional and provides a 5 star service!
