I was so pleased with my dress hire! It was beautiful and in great condition. Lottie was very quick to respond and gave great advice on sizing. The personal touch of a hand written note was so lovely. She ensured the dress arrived on time despite there being Royal Mail strikes. I would 100% recommend and will be hiring again!

I recently hired a dress from Only Once Dress Hire for my friend's wedding after seeing someone I follow on Instagram wearing one of their dresses. I went for the Meshki pink dress and would highly recommend as it was vibrant, classy and was cutout at the back. The best thing about hiring though was the personal service that Lottie provided, she was so attentive, warm and gave the best customer service! Thank you so much Lottie, I'll definitely be back! :)

Brilliant service! Quick delivery and the dress was absolutely perfect, I felt amazing in it, and I couldn’t have afforded to buy the dress from the original retailer, so this was the perfect option! The return was super easy too, I’m definitely planning to rent again with only once dress hire!
