I ordered a Matt black and Stainless steel Ether rta, however when they arrived I had been sent out gun metal rather than SS - Mistakes happen so I made contact and we agreed that the owner would arrange for the gun metal to be collected and my SS would be sent to me as soon as it was picked up - not a problem - however I was extremely unwell with Laryngitis, and really wanted to go back to bed, I couldn't as was waiting for said collection and the guy didn't know what time the collection would be. Despite leaving our gate open it transpired that the postal person did not come to my door nor did he press my doorbell, possibly due to being afraid of our dogs, he hovered outside the gate and then left (I only know this as I checked the footage of our video doorbell), this wasn't the sellers fault however despite me taking their mistake so well, he was very condescending when I told him what I had seen on the video footage, and told me to leave a note if I know there are issues with deliveries, we actually have a parcel drop box for deliveries, and the only reason the atomiser was being collected was due to a mistake at their end! I did received my stainless steel rta a few days later, however the chimney extension was gunmetal - not SS so the rta looks odd, we already had 3 Ether rta's therefore we know that the chimney extensions always match the colour of the atomiser. I do not wish to have any further dealings with this guy so I have left it....

I have rated two stars because the Matt black was fine, and these rta's were the cheapest we could find, but we spend alot of money on vape gear, especially atm as we are building up our collection in anticipation of the additional tax rise on vape products, but shall never use this shop again.
