I ordered online and found I needed to cancel the order right away, they were very nice about it. Also there prices are cheaper then entirely pets.

Service was good, but I did not get an email telling me the prescriptions had shipped like I was told I would. It caused a little bit of worrying about when I would actually get the medication and whether it would arrive before I ran out.

Their site was easy to navigate and they had the medication I was looking for at a great price. I qualified for free shipping based on the amount I spent and their was a promo code listed clearly at the top of their page that I was also able to use. They offer auto shipping for medication so I don’t have to worry about ordering it again on time for future doses. Very pleased so far and I’m sure it will be delivered within the estimated time frame.

The site was easy to navigate. The only change I would make is the font color. I'd like it to be darker so it's easier to read.

Best price on this Med. Checked other sites. After I ordered I get email saying you were going to check w/ vet. Had to send email advising I had said I would send script.
Got email today that said order approved will advise when shipped. You should be able to tell me that day and then follow up when sent.
Have no problems using you again.

First time user here. Setup was easy, cost for my dog's specific medication was best overall suppliers searched. Will reserve final experience judgement after meds are delivered and I'm able to configure my autoship properly. So far, so good!

This website is quite difficult to deal with and when I tried to call the company with the # listed, all I got was a high-pitched squeal. Then I tried the Chat icon, and when i finished chatting, I was told they would get in touch with me soon! So far all I've heard it this request for a review.

My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them

The representative was helpful and promptly contacted our vet to take care of the prescribing procedure. Our package came asap. One suggestion- put a little treat in the box. Thanks so much!
