My experience with OnMedia has unfortunately been very bad.

The process took far longer than promised, and their "finished" product did not live up to anything I would call a professional standard. The customer service is also dreadful, they refuse to make meetings or calls and just write Chat GPT response emails. In the end, I had to hire another company to clean up the mess and get the website to a professional standard.

The quality they delivered was at a level you could probably achieve yourself with a bit of basic computer knowledge. Definitely not something worth paying an agency for. I spent the better part of a month chasing them to fix their own mistakes, and eventually I had to give up on the "collaboration" altogether and they refused any form of refund or suitable compensation.

If I had known in advance that the process and the result would look like this, I would never have chosen OnMedia.

I've had the pleasure of working with ON Media with reference to creating a new landing page for my agency. I'm very satisfied with the result and i truly recommend working with Oskar & Niels if you like me loves proactivity, great communication and high quality.
