Recently I ordered 2 Starmark chew balls for my dog from Onogo.
I was delighted when they arrived on time and hassle free.
I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY!!!

I'd give this company no stars if I could! I've just had the same problem with Onogo. I bought a Samsung phone battery on Amazon because Onogo's advert stated "12 month warranty". It's lasted less than 8 months and on contacting Onogo they point blank refused to honour the warranty and told me to go to the manufacter. Samsung don't sell these particular batteries any more and told me to go back to Onogo!

Amazon aren't interested either. When I spoke to their Customer Services, they went through the motions of speaking to Onogo and writing them an email and aren't prepared to help any further.

Don't buy anything from this company!!!

refusing to honour manufacturers warranty

I recently purcahsed a lifeproof case from Onogo. It arrived fine but start leaking after 6 months. Lifeproof have a year's warranty which is deallt with through the online retailer the item was purchased through. Onogo are refusing to help however

Great service

Great service, I had a slight problem and contacted customer services. Not really expecting an answer directly as it was Xmas Eve. But to their credit they replied to me and sorted the problem so amicably. 5* service and I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered chuckit ball launcher for my dogs
I received 2 packets of parrot food!!! I don't have a parrot. Firstly they asked me to send photos of their mistake. Which i did. Then when i requested a refund they sent a returns label and said they would take at least 2 weeks to issue refund. I think this lot ate a joke . DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered on Amazon, and apart from the Canada Post strike which slowed delivery, the item arrive exactly as described and as promised.
I will definitely use them again as they are far cheaper than the locally supplied item.

I purchased a "Kleen Kanteen Tumbler" (20oz) through Onogo. As with all Kleen Kanteen products it lives up to my expectations'and then some. .... The Tumbler.arrived on the due (predicted) date safe and sound, thus a very pleasant all round buying experience for me! 'Would purchase through Onogo again should the need arise....David K.

Ordered an $8 item from this company…

Ordered an $8 item from this company through Amazon on October 23, 2018. When item shipped, no Canada Post tracking number was provided. Should have been suspicious at that point. Item was supposed to arrive no later than December 5, 2018. I have no idea if my order has shipped at all. Onogo blamed their ineptitude on Canada Post strike even though I have received all other orders from reputable companies who use the same shipper. Onogo refused to issue me a refund, so it looks like the only way I will get my money back is to file a dispute with my credit card company, which I have done. Avoid this company like the plague!

Ordered from Amazon, May never use Amazon again

Ordered from Amazon, thinking I would receive the same shipping performance as Amazon but this product was shipped from China, it’s been a month and no communications , also there is no where to track my purchase. I’ve ordered a hundred times from Amazon this past year, but may never use Amazon again, if I knew it would be shipped from China I would never ordered it!
