SCAM

I was struggling with bad debt and was looking for short term loans, this company said they could help me find a loan and they would take 14p to verify my bank. I was not aware that £29.50 would be taken out of my account, I have tried to email them to request a refund but I have had no reply. This is just taking advantage of vulnerable people in difficult situations, I would be extremely grateful if someone could get in contact with me before I dispute this with my bank or take things further. I was not aware this would happen as I would not have signed up to this as I don’t have £30 to throw around as I never received any help in regard to a loan.

The most disgusting company

The most disgusting company. Little did I know I’d signed myself up for them to take £29.95 whenever they fancied. The bank tried to block them but they go under different names. I have the emails of this company telling me they won’t take any more money from me and everything has been cancelled. Clearly not because it happened again this morning.
I don’t understand why they keep taken money? They’re telling me I signed up for something but won’t tell me what. That’s £90 they’ve taken in the last few days and won’t tell me what I’m paying them for.

Good customer service!

Good customer service!
Yes, I was charged £29.50 because I didn’t cancel my subscription on time. I called their customer service and after two weeks I received a refund and my subscription was also cancelled. They are friendly and understanding. You just have to be a bit patient.

NOT A COMPANY>A SCAM

Full on scam company, don't click anything online to do with these people. They are very sly and hide their dirty intentions. There true goal is to get your details, get at least one 30 pound deduction from you then "cancel" your account , but NOT issue a refund as your "outside the 14 dat cooling period" . These people are disgusting, downright scamming thieves. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Fraud alert!!! Report immediately
I haven’t even signed up to this company at all! I have been charged £29.50 on my credit card which my solicitor will be taking up with this company if they don’t refund me immediately. I have had zero communication from this so called company to say they’d be taking anything from me. I don’t know how they’ve got my details but I’m seeking legal action now to retrieve funds and ensure this doesn’t happen to others. Disgusting

How can you swindle people behind a…

How can you swindle people behind a loan offer allow them to connect their to your services asking for 14p verfication without proper explaining what they were getting themselves into!
Each month you try to take money fraudulently, i NEVER agreed to your services i was checking a quote. Itwas not aware you would start charging my bank account by over 20 off quid. You asked for a 14p verification which in the end i didnt accept but low and behold you somehow are still attempting to take the funds.

Lucky enough im now in the process of changing my bank account to stop this from occuring but I wouldnt have had to resort to this measure if you didnt do this. Talk about robbing people blindly.

This will also been getting flagged with the banks and will also be reporting this to the ombudsman eventually with any luck you will be shut down.

And FYI thanks to a previous review i know have your details good luck onsavings

Scam/fraud

Agents working on behalf of "company" refuse to give actual contact details for the company, refuse all refunds and refuse to provide evidence of me signing up to this product in the first place. I informed them they are breaking the law re: consumer act and they hung up on me. They refuse to explain what this "company" actually offer. Next step contact bank for advice and then ombudsman. This breaks all kinds of laws and they refuse to answer reasonable questions
