Ontact korea is a helpful platform for people who want to shop from Korean websites internationally. It provides a Korean address and proxy service that makes ordering Korean products much easier. The platform is simple to understand and useful for accessing items that normally don’t ship outside Korea. I would recommend it to anyone interested in Korean shopping

The service was really great. If you're someone who does not live in Korea but want items that are shipping to Korean addresses only. They can help you get those items. Also, if you don't have a Korean credit/debit card, you can place a custom order with them and they'll buy the items for you on their behalf and sent it to their warehouse. They also repack and consolidate multiple packages into one box so that you only have to pay one shipping. There is also an option too vacuum your items to reduce the weight of the package. Overall, really happy with their service and the packaging was also very secure, every item was individually repacked and so Everything arrived safe and secure. Will recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

I recently used Ontact Korea for the first time, and I am beyond impressed. As a first-time user of a Korean proxy, I had many questions about the shipping process.

I have been going with Ontact for a few years and I am super happy with their service. They are always super quick and even though they got a lot bigger, their service never changed. They also keep evolving their website to be more convenient and add more easy ways to shop. I use both the shopping service as the Kaddy options and I so far only had good experiences with both. I have been using this service for about five years, probably only a few months after it first opened. During that time, I have never had any major problems and the service has always been cordial. I have adapted to the way their system works as they have updated and changed it over time. Overall, I don’t have any real complaints, and whenever there has been an issue, it has always been resolved as best as possible.

However, there is one thing I currently don’t like: the new website design. I buy through Ontact because, thanks to them, I was able to start my business and purchase products for my clients. Because of that, I am almost always working from a computer. The new website design seems to be more focused on phone users, which can be tiring for my eyes when using a desktop.

The new updates and improvements to the system itself are great and I don’t have any problem with them. However, I honestly preferred the previous website design because it was easier to manage for people like me who mainly use a computer. Since I handle many orders, managing everything has become slower and now it takes me almost twice as long to organize all the information.

I personally keep records of everything because when the website changes or gets updated, previous information can sometimes disappear. That makes it difficult to review details about past orders if I ever need to.

Aside from that inconvenience, it is my only complaint. Overall, the service itself has been excellent.

I discovered Ontact Korea on Instagram while browsing posts about ARMY's buying BTS merch and lightsticks for the upcoming Arirang tour. I’d never heard of them before, so I checked out their business model: You can either buy items in South Korea yourself or have Ontact purchase them on your behalf. The products are then shipped to Ontact’s warehouse, where you can choose to pick them up or have Ontact inspect your package to ensure everything is secure before shipping it to your location.

At first, I was a bit confused about how it all worked, so I had to spend some time on their app to really understand the process. To test it out, I decided to buy some JELLO JELLO gel nail polish from the Nail Mall (네일몰) in South Korea. A store I’d visited in person before, so I was comfortable with what I was buying. Ontact lets you submit a “Custom Order Request” through their app, where you describe what you want, and you can choose whether to buy it yourself and ship it to them or have Ontact staff buy it for you. I chose to have them purchase it on my behalf, which only added a $1 up charge to the total nail polish price.

I submitted my order on February 15, 2026, and paid Ontact via PayPal. The package arrived at their warehouse on February 26. I requested to have it shipped to me in the U.S. right away, but according to FedEx tracking, it wasn’t actually shipped out until March 4. The shipping fee was the real shock: about $100 USD (paid in KRW) to send a small bottle of gel nail polish from South Korea to the U.S. I know that’s not Ontact’s fault, as shipping rates are set by the courier (FedEx in my case), not Ontact. To pay for shipping, I created a WISE account to pay in KRW.

The package arrived on March 9, 2026, in perfect condition—no damage at all. Overall, I’m glad I got exactly what I ordered, and Ontact handled the process well and kept my purchase safe. However, the payment process could be clearer. When starting this process, I expected to pay directly through Ontact’s app. Additionally, the high shipping costs mean I probably won’t use this service often. In total, I spent $115 to get a 10ml bottle of gel nail polish. Was it something unique that I couldn’t find in the U.S.? Yes. Are my pockets hurting? Also yes.

But, overall, thank you to the Ontact Korea team for making it possible to get hard-to-find products from Korea to the U.S. safely. Great service, just be aware of the shipping costs and the extra steps for payment.

My experience with them has always been the most pleasant. I've been using their service for over three years now and I'm always satisfied. If you have the opportunity to use their services, don't miss it. Their response is always quick and friendly; without a doubt, they are my favorite warehouse that I wouldn't change for anything.

Ontact always takes great care with my orders. I mainly use the custom order service and am always very satisfied. I receive photos of my products once they arrive and again when they are finished being packaged. Customer service is always available to answer any questions and is very efficient and professional.
The products are very well packaged and secured for shipping, so much so that I have a hard time removing the tape from the protective packaging around my products.

Known them for quiet sometimes and was needing to get daily necessities from Korea. The website and portal easy to use and very detailed also efficient. When the parcel came it was all well packaged, neat and secured. Overall satisfied with the everything and now I have found my go-to company for all my need in Korea.
