The cookie consent every few seconds or every page drives me insane!!! I've set up the alerts to avoid using the website and the cookie annoyance. Would like the option to exclude new homes from search, would reduce the properties coming through that are not suitable.

I have been trying for 2 bedroom property for my family and every time they just say we don’t have any property available and they hang up
They don’t even listen to me what I am trying to search they don’t even call back when I request for a viewing worst experience on the market app and website

I’m so disappointed in this company for trying to sell this property especially to a potential first time buyer. The property in question is 217 Albert rd, E16 2JS. This property is riddled with water, rats, electrical problems, rotten joists under bathroom area.There is planning permission in place for 4 flats that will be connecting to this existing block that shakes when buses go past, the building is if the lowest standard. There is also a flat on top of 217 that is occupied by 3 separate families. This property was also removed from Haart estate agents for these reasons.None of these damming facts are in the description of this property.

I have not got as far as actually getting the website to work at this time. As each time I am referred there, the page does not load, or it points to something other than what you first were directed to.
One rating because of the poor experience
On further investigating, it seems that Firefox is having issues with loading your page, when scrolling it becomes blank/white?, something I feel you need to address with Mozilla Firefox browser, for potentially losing customers.

Really annoying website, finding it very difficult to actually look at houses as it keeps filling my screen with pop ups and repeated gdpr requests every minute, non-stop. Search facilities not as good as rightmove.

Gave just 2 stars, because agent was there on meeting time, but other wise everything was terribly wrong. Ignoring my messages and not calling me back like they did promise. I have to struggle to contact the agency, what a waste of time. Recommend don't choose this rubbish agency no more, irresponsible staff.

Even one star here is a generous present to the firm. I have trusted the information the platform represents and finally got drama. 2 weeks of expecting the tenancy agreement and finally getting the knowledge that I won't move into the flat in two days from the date! It is not a big deal - but refund of the deposit and 3 months payment is a really big deal, not mentioning the time wasted and time is the most important thing we have in our life. Agency promises to get back my money, and who knows will it happen. And the agency for sure won't get back me money for living in the hotel while I was waiting for this flat to come! My moral damage from this situation definitely won't be refunded. To check your counterparties properly, knowing who you deal with - that's the reason why we should trust the business. Here I don't feel any trust and recommend you the same attitude to save your time, nerves and money. Try different platforms. BTW - I have contacted the team at support but no answer since last Friday (three working days already).
