So annoying that my Kent estate agent insists on putting property on OnThe Marketfirst , which appears to have a very wonky countdown clock, that keeps adding, rather than removing seconds and minutes... See more
In terms of rentals On the Market is practically useless because they are never up to date. All the properties have usually been let already. I know that they will say that the agents haven't let them... See more
Ronnie has been fantastic with everything. I'm really surprised by how many good quality leads we received compared to the other portals. Very impressed by the service Ronnie has given us.

HARASSING. DO NOT REGISTER WITH On The Market
DO NOT REGISTER WITH On The Market. Once you do it is nearly impossible to stop them contacting you. I registered for email contact only. When I wanted to stop searching, I could not find an ‘Unsubscribe’ link anywhere. So emailed them at a email address they said to write to. Despite that, their emails still didn’t stop so I emailed again 3 weeks later. When they still didn’t stop, I started diverting their emails to junk mail. They then started calling me (they’d never done that before). I missed a few calls but thought if they rang again I’d check what they wanted since perhaps it was because of my unsubscribe request. So today, they called again and I took the call only to find annoyingly it was from their marketing department asking how my searches were going. I explained to her that I had contacted OTM multiple times to ask them to stop contacting me. Before I even finished saying that I now considered their behaviour harassment, she hung up on me. RUDE. HARASSING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT DETAILS.

Awful
Awful. Nowt but caravans for sale these days. It's a waste of time going there....
Even using the search filters, you cannot seem to get rid of caravans. But as long as you're getting paid for advertising them I suppose....

website full of scammers
website full of scammers, fake ads
this site is full of scammers, fake ads and 90% of houses that are NOT for sale. not only is this site full of scammers but OnTheMarket dont event want you to tell contact and report the scams or fake ads. there is not links to press to report fake advertisements and there is not way of contacting them about this. i have tryed the contact link and it shows "error" when you press send, this happens but on the phone and laptop so dont say its my end that got the problem. rather than your empty "we are sorry to hear this" response like every company dos. How about you post reply with an email address for all of us to email you directly to report all the fake advertisements and scammers on your website??? your not going to are you?

Not on the market is more appt.…
Not one single property that I requested to see was ever really ‘on the market’. Estate agents use this site to get you to sign up. You’re better off contacting estate agents directly.

Rude service
I was deceived into viewing a property that I seriously wanted. Offered to pay but was deceived to view other properties that weren’t what I wanted.
Even if you want to treat people badly and shabbily, have the decency to be upright.
Poor and very poor agent. The agent was so rude and all for what??? Very sad.

This portal lets agents delete…
This portal lets agents delete properties then re-list as new without notifying users. A local estate agent did exactly this yesterday re- listing around 8 properties as new. As it can be manipulated, I would not trust.

Company supply ads that do not comply…
Company supply ads that do not comply with regulatory standards. The feedback button is positioned to be barely on screen and vanishes when the banner pops out, which it does every few seconds unprompted (presumably to avoid reports and drive false site traffic). If they can't even manage a banner ad without breaching industry standards, they should not be trusted with anything remotely sensitive or complex.

Time wasters
Time wasters. Called and the guy was talking from his bed probably on a toilet or brushing his teeth. Uninterested telling me he will get back, I knew by how he was talking that he will not. Today I called and was told the listing is unavailable but they can't remove it from their website due to a "technical issue". A bunch of time wasters.Avoid
