Great experience

We recently appointed On Time Building Company to undertake a full 14-metre rear extension together with a complete renovation of our property, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

From the initial consultation through to project completion, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Every aspect of the work was carried out to a high standard, with excellent workmanship evident throughout the extension and the full refurbishment of the house.

Communication was clear and consistent at every stage, timelines were managed efficiently, and the team maintained a clean and organised site throughout the project. Their commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction was evident from start to finish.

The finished result has completely transformed our home and exceeded our expectations in every respect. We would have no hesitation in recommending On Time Building Company to anyone considering a home extension, renovation, or major building project.

Thank you to the entire team for delivering such an outstanding result.

I had a wonderful experience with the…

I had a wonderful experience with the builders for my loft. They were not cowboy builders as listed in the last review and had made very good decisions when carrying out the work for my property! Would definitely recommend for the future and to others.

Fraudulent, unskilled, unprofessional. Book with them only if you’re willing to gamble your house.

If there were an option for minus zero stars, I would select it. Unfortunately for this company, one star is the minimum allowed — and even that is far more than they deserve.
I am writing this complaint to formally document the appalling experience I had with this building/construction company during a loft/attic conversion. Their behaviour, workmanship, and overall conduct were nothing short of shocking.
From the start, it became clear that we were dealing with unprofessional, DIY-level cowboy builders. Their work was dangerous, careless, and completely unacceptable for any construction project. They attempted to hide gaps in the walls and woodwork using tissues, stuffing them into openings as a substitute for proper materials — something no competent or qualified builder would ever do. Instead of correctly cutting and installing boards according to measurements, they resorted to sticking random bits of wood (often not even glued) to disguise their mistakes.
Whenever concerns were raised, they refused to listen. Instead, they gaslit, manipulated, and dismissed every valid issue we pointed out, rather than taking responsibility for their errors. Their lack of knowledge was obvious — half the time they appeared to have no idea what they were doing, let alone what the plan for the day was.
It is highly questionable whether the builders involved have any real qualifications at all. There are serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company, its “employer,” and the individuals they send out to carry out this so-called work. Based on what we experienced, HMRC and relevant regulatory bodies should investigate this company thoroughly.
If you want your home damaged, your concerns ignored, and your property treated with zero respect or skill, then this company will be perfect for you. However, if you value your home, your safety, your money, and your sanity, avoid them at all costs. Booking with them is a risk — and in my experience, a costly and distressing mistake.
