Terrible company

I'm adding on to the terrible reviews because how is this company even open still? Macy's is STUPID for using this service. My package came destroyed and damaged the item in the box. The delivery driver was carrying the box by one of the ripped holes and threw it on my porch.

How is this company still running?

Okay, so I ordered a package with Victoria’s Secret and they have always used fedex, ups something normal, not this time- they used OnTrac. Package says it has been delivered Friday ,but upon checking package is nowhere to be seen. I wait the 2 recommended business days and I still don’t have anything, so I notify Ontrac who says they will do an investigation. One day later they send me a picture of them holding my package out to give to someone else who is a literal child and says they were on my property and claimed it was for their mom. I responded saying I don’t know the child in the picture. I confirm again that I do not know this person in the picture and the next thing I know they text back saying they opened a police investigation because the driver has a video of them giving the package to the child who then went inside the house. Not even 5 minutes after that someone is at my door repeatedly ringing the doorbell and saying that we had stolen a package that was for the neighbors, so we had to explain that no the package was for me and that I never received it -I wasn’t the thief LOL. so yeah if you ever have a package that says it will be delivered using Ontrac just cancel it because a pair of slippers is not worth the headache. Terrible terrible company.

Mis-sorted 3 times and never delivered

The parcel was mis-sorted 3 times and they tell me it will be delivered today, for 2 weeks already. I understand delays, stuff happens. But why do you have to estimate delivery as today and then not deliver it, and then do the same for 2 weeks? Why don't you say, "it will arrive later, we are working on it"? Nothing is more frustrating than looking at the countdown that never ends. Happened the same thing with 2 different orders from 2 different stores, so it's not random. The worst experience.

Ordered two items to be delivered on…

Ordered two items to be delivered on 2/20/26 today is 3/3 and had to call to find OnTrac had lost the package and had to call the seller myself to reorder the item.The second item was to be delivered on 2/20/26 and as of today tracking says it just arrived somewhere in NJ ......never again!

0 stars i would i wish i could of give ur business 5 thumbs down. Now if no one answered the door the delivery person should of left my package by the door, under the steps because its a pvt home, but he/she decides to delivery my package to a unknown address, takes a picture, thats ridiculous, he/she didn't take a picture of the building, so there's no address , it doesn't even look like a pick up drop off store front. This is the 2nd time your company OnTrac did this to my package. No I have to wait 48hrs to hear back from you, by that time someone will probably have my sneakers, and im so disappointed in NIKE, because when they started using your company to delivery package. You guys are the worst

Glad to see I’m not the only one who’s had the worst experience with this delivery service. If I can read it less than one star, I would out of the three packages that I’ve had go through them. I haven’t received one of them yet. I wish most places I would order online from wouldn’t use them at all and stick with UPS or FedEx or something else. Even the USPS is better than this company absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with the delivery service

They either deliver the package to someone else’s house (as evidenced by the delivery photo), or not at all (no delivery photo). The last 3 packages have not been properly delivered. This makes me want to stop shopping at any business that ships with ontrac

Wish I could give a zero ! Terrible service

Ordered a package that was said to be delivered, but never delivered. No way to verify, no visual proof of delivery or a signature from where package was delivered. I will not support a company that uses this service. Cannot speak with anyone at the company just a AI chat box. Ridiculous ! Do not order from anyone that uses this delivery service !

I just cancelled my weber grill order…

I just cancelled my weber grill order after it was shipped via ontrac by Home Depot. Consecutive days of delayed shipment and lack of customer service. Dont know why reputable retail companies risk their reputation by using this carrier.

OnTrac is by far the worst shipping…

OnTrac is by far the worst shipping company in existence and I struggle to understand why major companies partner with them. My package has twice made it to Texas (I live in Houston), only for it to end up in New Jersey once and Florida the 2nd time. Everytime I see something has been shipped with OnTrac, there has been issues.

I am extremely disappointed with OnTrac’s service. My package (tracking number ending in 7324) was delivered to the wrong address, and no one seems willing to take responsibility for it.

When I contacted customer support through chat, I received nothing but automated, template responses that did not address my issue at all. Calling customer service was just as frustrating — no one answers the phone.

It is unacceptable for a delivery company to misdeliver a package and then provide no real assistance in resolving the problem. I expected accountability and support, but received neither. Very unprofessional service.

Unreliable service and dishonest updates

I ordered essential prescription food for my cat through Chewy, and unfortunately, they used OnTrac for delivery. According to tracking, my package was loaded and the driver was on the road at 11:26 AM. It is now after 9:00 PM, the delivery window has closed, and the package is nowhere to be found.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed "weather delays" and refused to provide an ETA. This is a blatant excuse. I personally perform deliveries throughout this exact same region, as do my colleagues; none of us encountered any issues today. This means my cat's food sat on a truck for over 10 hours for no reason.
If your pet relies on prescription supplies, do not trust OnTrac. They are unreliable and dishonest about their delays.

UPDATE: UNSAFE 1:00 AM DELIVERY
It is now nearly 1:00 AM, and an OnTrac driver just arrived at my door. Attempting a residential delivery at this hour is not only unprofessional—it is a significant safety and security risk.
​This follows an entire day of being lied to about a "weather delay" for my cat's prescription food. As a professional in the delivery industry, I know for a fact that 12:50 AM is well beyond any standard residential cutoff. Chewy has been notified, and a formal complaint has been filed with the BBB.

They steal packages

I Have no idea how they're still in business with this thieving reputation. They marked my package as delayed the second they received it on feb 18th and have said it would be delivered every day since with no change.

Decided to see what their customer service would say and the rep I was connected with closed the chat on me after a 10 minute wait. They need to be investigated by whatever authority deals with this, it's baffling that they're still around. Also shame on all these big companies for using them, I'd advise you to complain to any seller the second you find out they're using ontrac and try to shop elsewhere.

My package was opened and had items missing

My package said delivered. It was but when I picked it up it was very obvious someone had opened it and re- taped it half of my items were missing very clearly stolen and the 2 items that remained were dirty like they had dropped them in dirt. How is anyone partnering with this company that very obviously steals

not reliable

they ‘attempted delivery’. They said they said the business was closed. This is a home home was open and I was home at the time. My other packages made it. I tried to submit to customer service. It’s a chat bot that doesn’t listen to you. Nobody ever followed up with it. I’ll never use a company that uses this service for delivery again.

HORRIBLE!!!

For five days my update stated "insufficient delivery time " Then on the sixth day they falsely stated they made my delivery. Nothing on my porch, nothing in my mailbox. I have multiple cameras on my home, nothing was delivered!
