The service is professional and does exactly what you want it to do. If there is a problem (rare), just contact the office and they will find a solution/explanation. I wouldn’t choose any other garden waste removal service.

Great idea, great service.
Great service. We buy bags - when we have a full one (or two or...) I ring up and ask them to collect. Lady on the phone always lovely and helpful. Bags collected on the day we are told they'll be collected. No big bins to store. No monthly payment. Use them at your own convenience. Brilliant.

Good service, nice company to deal with
For the most part I’m very happy with the service provided by this company. They’re generally regular in their collections and helpful when I email. I’ve dropped one star because of occasional missed collections - sorry!
