Not Exactly Non-Stick
Two pans arrived in a timely manner. They look great. I read the Instructions and duly seasoned each one. I then tried cooking an omelette in one - disaster ! By no stretch of the imagination was it non-stick. They clean up fine, and OK you can clean them with a metal scourer if you wish, but overall disappointed in their performance

Our hybrid pans are made in a way which makes them better to absorb the heat from your stove. Using high heat, especially on eggs could in many cases be the reason.
We recommend lowering the heat a bit to get a better result. :)

Fast delivery from Denmark, product needed some understanding. i.e. its not like ordinary non-stick.
You need to understand how the non stick works and amend expectations accordingly. Watching the egg frying video helped.
Frying eggs needs a coating of oil on the pan. If you dry-fry, it will stick.
