Trash sports app and total scammers wouldn’t recommend at all Support team is trash too takes 3-4 days for response and still no form of help after they do reply

My experience has been the best ever since switching to onyx. Had a few issues but contacted support and they’ve helped me resolve them. In my opinion one of the best supports out there, their response is quick and helpful. The deals they have are one of the best out there and redeeming is super easy and simple. Their withdrawals vary sometimes they have delays other times it’s instant but regardless I’ve been paid every single time.

I wanted to write a review on how good it has been. People have been complaining it’s a scam but i literally have no problems with them, people are saying it can’t track the lives stats but I don’t see a issue with that, I feel like you can just watch the game if you want to track it. Overall great app

They customer service is top tier

I didnt give it a five because it doesnt have game logs or stats like other dfs apps do. Also unfortunately it lags at times but OTHERWISE it is a super amazing dfs app! The odds are usually very good compared to other dfs apps. They also have awesome promos when signing up and referring people. Also have occasional purchase promos and great dollar match promos! All in all I'd give it a 4.7 out of 5 and only because it's not as fancy as other dfs apps and has no gamelogs etc to help you place bets with but overall a great platform indeed!

I do not recommend this platform. It cuts in and out constantly so you can’t keep track while betting it’s sketchy. I used my bonus players of $100 and I’m done about all it’s good for again I do not recommend this betting platform.

I think that y’all need a 24/7 live chat and a working phone number to help people with their problems but other than that this is probably the best sportsbook in SC #KeepGrowing

I was a frequent user here, depositing thousands weekly and was probably close to even overall, one night I ran a 1000 dollar deposit up to 4000 playing BJ. Tried to redeem, and got a georestriction error, next thing you know I have a pending redemption to an account I don’t recognize, then my account is suspended after contacting support I was able to process the redemption to my account, but my account is now banned, citing a TOS violation. I didn’t do anything except win on blackjack.

I made the initial $100 deposit to receive $100 in free bets. I hit on the first parlay winning $243. Logged into Onyx the next day and was informed my account has been suspended. I contacted customer support numerous times and I haven’t received a response. Googled to see if there were issues with the site and went down a Reddit rabbit hole where so many other people are dealing with this same issue. Class action lawsuit to get these guys out of here??? Better off setting your money on fire.

Onyx odds is a scam I won multiple parlays and they won’t pay me email me and they also restricted my account it’s a SCAM YOW WILL NOT BE LAID WHEN YOU WIN!!!

If I could give NO STARS I would. I placed a couple beats & won & Have not been paid. Now my account is suspended. & Support is not getting back to me. Such a shitty business

DO NOT USE THIS BOOK. HAVE 3000 saved and I can’t withdraw. Didn’t go against TOS and they approved it but no show. Horrible contact support aswell

This site is a scam. They offer sign up bonuses. When you win they don’t pay out and they suspend your account.
