I bought a hand knit cardigan sweater from them for Christmas. It was higher than 5 Star and I am a snob on clothing. I get a lot of comments on people asking me where I got this. It is difficult to find this quality wool any more and I would rank it with my dads 1950s wool sweaters from Europe I still wear.
Worst brand ever. The hoodie I bought just leaks color every wash. After the first wash it got so patchy. I tried to leave review and customer support - none of it was possible.
I have ordered the cupola fireplace in January and we are almost in March and I haven’t received it yet. I have emailed them several times and no one answered. I think that they are a scam :(

I bought a cupola fireplace on the 5th Jan 2025, and still haven't received it (it is the 6th Feb). There could be delays and that is fine, the issue is that I have emailed the company 3 times asking for an update, and they have not replied. At this point I have assumed this web is a scam and I won't received my product.
I called the toll free number to ask about a particular pair of pants. I was given certain specifications and a more detailed description from someone in a store. I ordered the pants. They were nothing like described, way too tight in the waist, and way too loose everywhere else. They had no stretch as described. The pants cost $198 and then I had to pay for shipping. When returning the pants, I have to pay for return shipping as well. This store does not seem to care about its customers, or its products, at all. It was an awful shopping experience. Super slick catalog, though. Makes you want to try their stuff.
This company lists an item in their catalogue and website which they don't have in inventory, and may not even exist, and which then sends a series of erroneous estimates when, if ever, it will ship to a customer who has offered funds and shipping information. It leaves a bad taste for shopping with oobebrand.com
