AVOID - Terrible Customer Service
Placed a large order of sleep tees and when I got the package it was torn and the single item in the parcel wasn't what I ordered and was a random blanket. It would be obvious from the parcel weight that the order wasn't completely wrong.
I contacted support and they gave me a link to initiate a return and would send a replacement after they recieve it or send a refund. I went on the link and could only click items I wanted to return but no option to say items were missing. I wasn't going to say I wanted to return something I never recieved and I would have been expected to take the parcel myself to the post office when it was their error. I ordered online as I am disabled and can't get out the house. Every other company would just sent out a replacement not ask back what they sent out by mistake. I just want what I paid for.
I like the products, but customer service is appalling.

I requested an exchange and spent over an hour sending a reqeust as I had to go through multiple steps for all seven items.
I received an email overnight that they see I requested a return for all items, so they wanted to know the item that was missing, even though I have said multiple times that I didn't get my order at all, not that one item was incorrect. Very frusttrating as they asked for information I have sent multiple times already. Save your sanity and shop somewhere else.

first and last oodie purchase
Bought my first Oodie in the sale, it arrived with a gaping hole in the lining. Fine, i guess these things happen but the customer service is utter dogsh*t. Flagged it up and waited 14 days to have someone reply with nothing other than a request for the factory details from the internal label.
Did that immediately and 5 days later ... nothing.
Am I getting a refund? Do I need to return it? None of the above? It's winter! I'm cold! That's why i bought it! Tell me what's happening!

I ordered an oodie 13 November 2024 for a Christmas present it is now 1 week before Xmas and I still haven’t received it WHAT A JOKE , you email them and don’t get a response no phone number to ring will never use this shop again.

A complete travesty, NO customer service, and no help whatsoever when your order doesn't arrive, I ordered a pair of Oodie Original Pants, eventually all I received was an address label from Oodie UK that had been stuck on someone else's parcel from a completely different company, I got a refund in the end, but only by escalating to a PayPal claim, after being told they couldn't refund me because Royal Mail tracking showed my parcel had been delivered, except it hadn't. Save yourself the hassle and don't order anything from them, if you have and are in the same boat as I was, keep giving them stick on their social media pages, leave appropriate reviews where you can, and hopefully you'll be refunded.
Charged delivery incorrectly
I recently bought and received a Oodie. I was charged delivery for my purchase even though the website clearly states any orders over £35.00 it’s free delivery. I have emailed customer services twice now with no response. This is disgusting as they are not even adhering to their own terms and conditions. I will be escalating this matter.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Was looking at getting two pyjama sets but the price tripled when I added the second one and when I asked them about it they just told me to pay the postage cost twice. Won’t be shopping there ever again.
After ordering a gift for my daughter
After ordering a gift for my daughter, Royal Mail received the package a couple of days later at the beginning of December and that is where it went downhill as that is where the item remained scanned in and zero movement. After contacting Oodie customer services, I eventually got a response a couple of weeks later saying that Royal Mail will be contacted. So, I waited and waited and waited. After chasing again, I was told that the item was lost (no kidding, really? It didn't take an Einstein to work that one out). After another couple of weeks, I was asked if I wanted a replacement sent or a refund. I requested a replacement as I still wanted to give this as a gift. Now, some weeks later I am still waiting. The communication between customer services and customer is absolutely appalling! Oodie, please get your act together and start communicating with the very people that keep your business running. Please don't give me the same pathetic response the you have given to the other people on this page, because it doesn't cut. Do your job properly and communicate, that will make you a better company to deal with.
False shipping notification
EDIT: My order was received today. So updating the rating from 1 to 3 stars. It took over a week, but was safely received so have to be fair and update rating.
Think very carefully about ordering from this company. They informed my order was shipped on 17 January on 48hr delivery. Now the 23rd January and Royal Mail tracking still shows as item waiting to be received by them. So it was not in fact been dispatched as they claim. I ordered with Paypal so will be logging a dispute. Look to somewhere like Ebay if you want to order one as people sell it there for the same price as the oodieuk site.
7 week delay and counting.....
I ordered an Oodie as a gift for my wife on 7th December with the expectation that there was plenty of time for delivery before Christmas, even with the generic statement on the order page that they were facing some shipping delays.
I received an email notice on 12th December advising that my item was shipped and it even had a Royal Mail tracking number associated with it. However, after a few days, the tracking number in the Royal Mail system showed that they were still waiting for the item from the sender.
I emailed Oodie on 18th December and received an automated response saying there was a larger-than-normal backlog of emails and that I would receive a response within 14 working days!
On the 5th of January, I did receive a response advising that fulfilment centres were struggling with volumes and they were working tirelessly 'night and day' to fulfil the backlog of orders and I would be notified as soon as it was shipped, again.
It's now the 23rd of January and I have still not received my item. I have never been offered a refund so I have given them a deadline of 26th January to resolve.
In a nutshell, worst online purchase experience I've ever encountered. Customer service delays and inaccurate automated emails with shipping information. Buy your 'Oodie' with another vendor.

I ordered my Oodie on 8th November 2023. This was my first time ordering from Oodie and it will certainly be my last!!
My first order (#OUK1230147) was apparently delayed because of an issue with their 'fulfilment partners', then it was apparently 'lost in transit' by Royal Mail despite their tracking saying they had never received the parcel from Oodie.
A second order (#OUK1466363) was then internally placed on 31st December (over a month and a half after my product was initially ordered!) and the original order was marked as 'complete' which is factually incorrect.
My second order is still yet to be dispatched 2 weeks later and I am not convinced I will ever receive this item. Yet I am still being bombarded with adverts for their products, peddled by barely clothed girls with 'proper' British accents, clearly targeting the UK market which they seem incapable of actually delivering to!
It has now been 46 (FORTY-SIX!!) working days since my initial order and I have not received any communication (other than automated emails from 'Andrew F - Freight & Logistics Manager') since 31st December. Taking 13 business days to respond to emails in unacceptable and for it to be an automated response asking whether I want to just cancel my order is frankly insulting.
They want us to cancel our orders because they never had any intention of fulfilling them, and never had the stock to meet demand!
Compensation should be the minimum expectation at this point, and people should be wary about ordering from this second-rate excuse for a company.
They have also changed their company website to avoid you looking at the previous 230+ bad reviews, all of whom say the same thing - Do not buy from this company, they will take your money and not deliver your items.
Where is my Oodie
Oodie delivered to the wrong address, and they have yet to make amends. It has been 2 months.

Dismal customer experience from start to finish.
Oodie ordered for daughter’s Xmas present at beginning of Dec, complete silence for over a week, chasing email sent, BS boilerplate reply received. Then I was offered a cancellation, which I accepted, only for the order to be dispatched the following day.
By then I’d bought an alternative and didn’t want the Oodie. Kept it till after Christmas, then emailed to ask about returns. Was asked to send a photo of the Oodie with tags attached before they’d provide a returns label. Have never been asked to do that before - seems weirdly untrusting, creepy position to be put in as a customer.
Photo sent. Returns label received 9 days later, with request to send photo of postage receipt to expedite refund. Barriers barriers barriers.
Package sent, photo sent, refund granted… except they didn’t refund original shipping fee.
Email sent asking why not. Reply with copy & paste refund policy, plus the hilarious claim “After careful review…”.
Email sent pointing out they’d offered a cancellation that I’d accepted, before they screwed up and sent the order anyway.
This morning, a full 7 weeks after this sorry saga began, I quietly received the final bit of my refund.
Never again. Absolutely hopeless company and I feel sorry for the poor souls who work in their customer service and logistics teams.

After ordering in November 2023 I was told that I would receive it in time for Xmas 🤣 I'm still waiting, terrible customer service the only update I get is an email to say they're inundated with emails so there's a 14 day wait on replies. Needless to say I've demanded a refund but reading other people's experiences with this company I'm not holding out much hope, so will have to contact my credit card company. All I can say is avoid this disgusting shambolic company who are still advertising and taking more orders before they fulfil existing orders dated back to their black Friday sale!
Refund was actually issued 3 days after I had requested it, so no complaints on that issue.

Previously, order finally arrived very late and was given a discount code for compensation. This year, ordered an Oodie 27th November, following Black Friday sale. It's still not here (now 27th Dec). No response via email. And then they have the audacity to announce their 'final sale of the year' on their Insta story, when they haven't even delivered on their last sales. Very poor.
