Awesome shop! The products perfectly matched the description and I loved it! The delivery was super quick and efficient. I even found a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase and supporting a small business. You have definitely earned a new customer!

love the company, hate the website
Love the company, hate the website. The only way to get to your shopping cart is by adding things to it, and the only way to remove something out of your cart is to remove all quantities of a product (so if you added 4 but only want one you have to delete all 4 and add 1 again). It took me a hour to order, it was horrible. Please hire a good developer and fix your site.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your feedback. Thanks to the details that you wrote I found out that in the mobile version of the shop the header was missing. I've added it back again and now you can see the shopping bag symbol in the upper left corner. You can get to your cart via this icon any time.
Regarding the quantity: I do see two little arrows in the quantity field in the shopping cart which I can use to change the quantity. Just need to click the 'update cart' button after that. I've tested this on my laptop and my phone. If you still don't see it, it would be super helpful if you could let me know which browser you use.
I'd like to make it as simple as possible and your feedback helps me a lot.
