I had a complaint about the Oofos OOmg womens sport shoe that chaffed my heels very badly and that I could not get worn in, despite my best efforts. My initial engagement with customer service was not satisfactory, but through continual conversation we came to an agreement and I was compensated after returning the shoes - which I greatly appreciate. I have ordered my third pair of Oofos Jandals - which I cannot fault in any way, and has made a huge improvement in my plantar fasciitis. Happy customer 😊

My wife ordered a pair of slider shoes. What arrived was a water bottle. Despite my daughter sending photos of the bottle and the dispatch order and b oth she and I sending a number of emails we have had no response other than an acknowledgement from a Bot promising to send our information to the appropriate person. we are very disappointed at the lack of a substantive reply. the order no is 9900
