Leaking already in 30 min
I was really excited to use the panties in order to reduce my waste. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The panties leak already in 30min and because if the black color it is hard to notice it before you see the stains on your clothes. It is not possible to use them without a tampon/cup, even l if you have a medium-strength flow.
Apart from that the delivery took a month.
From advantages: the textile is soft and feels very nice.

thank you for your Feedback. We are sorry to hear that ooia doesn't match your expectations. ooia can contain up to three regular tampons of liquid. However the intensity of every period is different which makes it impossible to generalise the time frame that one can wear our ooias. Some women wear them all day and some only a few hours. We'd like to recommend ooia to you as a backup, especially, if you feel more comfortable in combination with a cup or a tampon. All the best from your ooia team.

ended up paying much more and waiting more than a month
For Switzerland, I ended up paying more 50CHF for the delivery, whereas another brand in Germany, managed to send me without any problems.
please consider DACH region and toll swiss clients may face.
perhaps using normal post services. additionally, it took more than 1 month to arrive

I bought the underpants. I was a bit afraid of having the incorrect size, but choosing the correct size was very easy following the instructions given.
The product came in time, no problems with the delivery, the package is so friendly with our planet, it includes absolutely no plastic.
You can also use the paper to wrap a gift.
The quality is incredibly good and the underpants are so comfortable that it is almost unbelievable. It is making me forget that I am in my period!

Overall good but large fit
They’re great but they run a little big. I got size 36 and they stretch slowly throughout the day. They still fit but I’d prefer them a little more snug - however it’s likely that the 34 will be too small. Everything else is great. They’re well made and offer substantial protection, they’re comfortable.

Size 36 too big, size 32-34 too small
I ordered initially the classic Ooshi hipster in size 36, which I found too big for me; despite my enthusiasm about Ooshi, the product didn´t feel comfortable. Therefore, I decided to exchange it for the size 32-34 (one size smaller?) which happened to be too small as I was fearing... From my part, I believe the size 34 is missing so I was very disappointed to see that I will not be finding the right fit at Ooshi. Nevertheless, the customer experience was good, exchange of product was quick and final refund as well.

We are sorry that your ooshis did not fit. In order to cover the widest possible range of different sizes and thus be able to offer ooshis for as many different body shapes as possible, we decided on double sizes. And although we test the fit of the different ooshi styles on many different women and thereby ensure that ooshi turns out to be normal, it can always happen that ooshi turns out differently than usual for individual women. Because body shapes are so diverse and we think that's great! However, we are happy to include your criticism regarding the size. :)
