Great Support, proactive, efficient
Support, delivery time, respond time....all is great !!
Unfortunately, we had a full (NEW) customized card visual. When we have received the real key card, we noticed stronger colors on the QR Code at the bottom of the card and this s more eye catching then the Novotel Logo. When we verified the digital version, this was not that clear.
This is the only reason why there is one star Rating missing :)
