Order was lost but excellent Customer service was found.
I didn’t even receive my item and I’m still giving them 5 stars. This is because the Ski suit was lost in transit with Royal Mail (Someone probably pinched it) so I reached out requesting help with the order. Carl at Customer Service was excellent and investigated. Once Royal Mail took responsibility he quickly offered a replacement however I decided I wanted a refund. This was sorted quickly. Very good service.
