Great service friendly and professional.
Roisin, Keith and Alisha were brilliant moving me from one flat to another (pre pandemic). They made it go so smoothly and quickly. I was incredibly stressed out and they were so helpful and reassuring.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

Never been more grateful for such excellent honest & caring service. Keith & Roisin were a godsend coming at short notice to remove ALL unwanted items including small furniture just before our house move at a very difficult time for us. They could not have been more helpful & pleasant. In fact they came back for a second load, letting themselves into the house & returning key safely. I would use them again without hesitation & cannot recommend them more highly. Not as pricey as other "junk' removers either.

An Outstanding Company
I've had the pleasure of being an Ootnoo customer for several years now, using them for both home and work, and they've proven invaluable in every scenario. Keith and Roisin are both wonderful to work with, always friendly, helpful and communicative. The fact that they've taken a sustainable, ethical approach to waste removal and recycling is the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend Ootnoo highly enough!

Best disposal service in Edinburgh
Definitely the best way to get rid of anything in Edinburgh. Keith and Roisin provide an excellent service. They turn up when they say they will, nothing is too much trouble for them and they definitely go above and beyond. They also recycle everything so nothing is literally wasted.
