My experience was good overall. The platform is easy to use and helps people find honest opinions about companies and services. It’s useful for checking reviews before making decisions. I appreciate the transparency and simple interface.

I have been trying to take a survey for them for almost two years and have not been able to complete one. Either because of a "technical" issue, or at the end of the surveys I have suddenly become not qualified, when I try to submit my answers. There's not one response to my repeated request from customer service.
I'm successful in at least one survey a week for Schlesinger, for IPSOS, and even Survey Junkie. I'm pretty sure at this point, this company is running a scam.

I wrote you a review Sept 3rd 2021 about my frustration over the lack of responses to created tickets to your customer service and the problems panelists experience when they try to obtain there accumulated money.
You had responded to my review by indicating you would be in contact with customer support and have them reach out to me.

Well what happened?, no one reached out to me?,
for those who have questions or want to ask for there participation money just call 1- (603)-766-5858, you may need to leave several voicemails indication the purpose of your call and your phone number but eventually you will receive a call addressing your inquiry, this is the only avenue the company has to address your needs.

This company used to pay very well but now they do not, I have sent them several emails and they do not respond, I already have a late payment of $ 31. My email with them is another because they made me change it for my PayPal email

I've been doing surveys with them for quite some time and every time I'm do for a payout on the 1st of the month I don't receive it, the 1st time I sent them a message and they responded in a timely manner and I received my pay, but for my Aug 1 payment I was supposed to receive I have not received it I figured because it was a Sun I would receive it the next day but nothing it's now been 3 days and I'm still waiting and I have reached out and nobody has responded so I would say do not sign up for this site there are way better ones out there that pay either instantly or within a few days unlike op4g who make you wait until the 1st of the month to get paid and that's only if you make $10

I love Op4G! The surveys are frequent, pay well and I always get my payouts on time. I would definitely recommend this site to everyone!

It's easy to sign up, hard to find qualifying surveys.

No real issues. This is one of the better survey sites.

Everytime I ask for help with my açcount they send the same generic email and it is no help. I'm over it

Not a bad company to do surveys for, although I do wish that they had a better payout schedule. Not the worst company I have surveyed for.

Doesn't give money for surveys.

Enjoy doing the surveys I qualify for. Very few qualifications and recently have had some rejected for no reason.

Great survey site. Plenty of opportunities to participate. Pay-outs are reasonable. I'm enjoying my participation and will continue to do their surveys.

Extremely bad experience with OP4G ! . Most survey I have tried after wasting large amount of time, just before the end comes a message - we already reached our quota ........ Why you not removing that survey then in the beginning ??????
Concluding - total waste of your precious time ...

Decent survey site. Wish more surveys to partake in and not get kicked out so often
