Customer service needs to be improved!
I emailed to return an item shortly after I received it on the 6th February. Have not heard anything from them, I used their contact forms and still no reply. What's even more annoying is that now when I email them, it just bounces!
My family and I absolutely loved the jumpers, they were soft, thick, warm and they even smelt nice. The fit was amazing, I didn’t even feel like taking it off. “I love it” is even an understatement and doesn’t do it justice. I’m hundred percent ordering more.
Item took long to arrive but is expected due to pandemic. Good communication about any dispute when contacting Opaque. Perfect fit. Very good purchase.

This hoodie is probably one of the softest hoodies I own. The colour is much better in person, will definitely purchase again.
I recently bought the women’s spray paint hoody. I love it so much. It’s so soft and comfortable. I got a size small because I didn’t want it to be too baggy but if you like it baggier get a size medium. I usually wear a size 8. Can’t wait to get more pieces!!
