I’ve had an amazing experience with OpenArt AI. Thank you so much for fixing the problem. Thank you so much again!
OpenArt charged me for three months of…
(Updated) Initial refusal turned into a full refund after I escalated to management. They listened, reviewed the account, and made an exception. That's what good customer service looks like — not rigid policies, but recognizing when it matters. Recommended to try out.
-----
OpenArt charged me for three months of a subscription I wasn't using after a trial period I'd forgotten about. Fair enough — that's on me for not checking.
But when I discovered the charges and requested a refund for the most recent month (May), where the account showed zero activity, they refused. Their reasoning: "fairness across the community" and a blanket no-refunds policy.
I'm genuinely amazed a service would choose to keep €14.99 from a demonstrably inactive user rather than build goodwill with someone who would've come back and recommended them. The account logs show the service was never used. Treating that the same as an active subscription isn't fairness, it's just a rigid policy that costs them far more in reputation than they gain in revenue.
Good customer service is cheap marketing. This isn't it.
Would not recommend unless you're certain you'll actually use it.

I asked for a refund after I was charged for a subscription I had cancelled. I was worried my request would be challenged but was positively surprised when they accepted my request. Their customer service is very helpful from experience with other issues I have had. Always accommodating.
Great customer service
Great customer service. The program itself is good I didn't spend a lot of time exploring it.
Support service
The support team provided a very quick response to my problem! They’re doing their job at the highest level. Thank you guys.
Customer Support was helpful
Customer Support was helpful, courteous, and capable. They helped me with my issue and did it in a timely manner!
The worst plateform of its genre
The worst plateform of its genre, every single dollar spend here is wasted. They can't even build a working website I really hope it's vibecoded because I'd cry if I learn that a dev could be that bad and get a job.

Openart.ai is by far the best platform online for creators like myself. Their customer support is amazing!!! I will always use, support and promote Openart.ai because I know we need not only the best outcomes for our content but the best support as creators! THANK YOU OPENART.AI
Very unimpressed
Very unimpressed. Their new story mode is a poor person's Vidmuse. Can't replace opening shots, the AI is useless and charges you 15 credits per question even when you don't change anything, the support team are invisible and don't respond, the timeline editor is a disaster and moves things out of sync.
Promises lots, doesn't deliver. I use Vidmuse over this as it lets you replace opening shots, the AI doesn't charge you by the question and the AI can actually help you, plus while Vidmuse support aren't great they don't ignore you either, unlike Openart.AI.
I created 4 stories with a different approach to each. None can be used and all are beyond help as trying to replace shots via edit mode is a nightmare.
Don't know why there are YouTube videos raving about Openart.AI - I used the same engine as one influencer recommended and my story was full of start images with "marker" on each one. Of course no refunds or even any response from Openart. Maybe they should hire some staff and get someone to write a half-decent AI assistant instead of the garbage they have now.
Super platform
The platform is super, very straightforward and easy to use. Not overpriced platform, like many of the others out there.

Canceling the subscription is not possible. From what I've read on the internet, they are common scammers and I'm not the only one with this problem!

They create wrong images on purpose...you fix the color then the something wrong with the head. A simple prompt creates alien like feature. I mean how the hell can put a triangle as a human head? The prompt clearly said "round natural human head"...I'm looking at alternatives openart ai can't be serious
Credit Inquiry - resolved quickly!
Had a glitch in credits and reached out. Was quickly assisted in getting my credits reinstated and I’m very pleased!

Been a wonder subscribers for 2 months now, the interface is very user friendly. Their specific function like smart shot was handy with my recent product campaign!

I used this service to generate images and videos for my social media marketing projects. It has a user-friendly interface and a reasonable subscription price. I highly recommend it!
Great tool, occasionally naughty
Asked it to generate a pumpkin in a general’s armour. Got a pumpkin with skeleton hands and monster claws instead. 10/10 for creativity, 0/10 for following instructions.
Jokes aside — OpenArt is genuinely great. The image quality is excellent, the platform is smooth, and when I had a billing issue, customer service responded faster than I expected. They actually solved the problem.
The AI occasionally decides your prompt is merely a suggestion and goes full creative director on you. But when it works, it really works. Highly recommended — just keep an eye on the hands in case it goes rogue.
