Very helpful and always at the end of the phone when I had questions

Thanks to Callum and Connor, their team was very efficient to get me on a good deal with my remortgage. They helped my sister with new mortgage in Dec 2025 and I thought of them, when I decided to remortgage, I didn’t know they would also help me. I am ever so grateful for the speedy turnover, they requested all the docs and that was it within 1 week I was notified all went through then the process to remortgage was within 3 weeks. They also offered both me and sister when we finish mortgage term, we can go back so they can look to give us the best deals, they charged minimal and promised to look after even after when ever required. Definitely will recommend my friends and family, I know other ppl pay a lot but open mortgage were spot on and professional, they also had an admin to email me weekly about the status of my mortgage with the bank, solicitor.

I recently used OpenDoor Mortgages for both a residential and a Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgage, secured just a month apart. Faisal Noor was the main broker I liaised with. Faisal was highly proactive, professional, and communicated clearly from the very start, delivering competitive rates and a completely stress-free experience.
