This is the worst service ever i want to cancel my subscription please you don't respond to calls, or emails there is no internet at my house for a week, and I have only used your service for less than a month I have had enough. Please let me know ASAP how I can cancel this I dont want anything to do with your service remo your box from my house my customer number 70011 don't bother responding here just make sure you remove your service I cannot deal with such inconvenience its terrible service ever!! i would not encourage any sane person to use your service

Never pick phone call on customer support.
Never answer email. No help how to get TV box or anything.
There functionality to choose monthly payment is not working on their website. Now i got an invoice to pay whole amount at once. Secondly, As per seller, there were no hidden charges for delbeta and now if one choose SVEA then one has to pay extra amount.
3 words for the company: Liar, cheater & thief.

Customer support never answer (get queued and then disconnected) and never got any answer via email as well. No service provided but they sent an invoice.
Why we as customer have to pay for delbetala administration to svea? It was never communicated by sales person. Contract paper i have dont mention it at all.
They are stealing money and making people fool.
I want to cancel my agreement and i am not gonna give you any single penny until i get the service which this company promised and i am ready to go to court.
