Order of network switch
Great service from OpenIP when we ordered a replacement network switch, the delivery was on time and arrived as expected. We had some help with configuration too, OpenIP were only to happy to help us out.

I ordered with OpenIP/MGIE Ltd a graphics card. Their website stated they had it in stock. Next day I received a phone call saying they don't have my graphics card in stock (I wasn't surprised) and was told that they expect delivery in ~2 weeks time. I was to decide to either wait or get a refund. I decided to wait. However a few days later they called me again and said it will take longer maybe a couple of months... I was given again the otpion to either wait or get a refund. I decided to go with a refund.
So before you buy anything from openip/MGIE Ltd call them to confirm their stock.
