Easy to use & convenient

I’ve had Openpay for a few years now and absolutely love it. It’s easy to use instore and online. It’s easy to make additional payments and it’s convenient.

Easy to manage

It really broke payments down so it was realistically manageable.
Wish there were more places available to use but overall very very happy.

Great product excellent service

They provided the service as advertised, that gives them 4 stars. The extra star was for fixing a problem quickly and with great communication. Got me out of a bind when needed extra funds for car emergency,

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

What the f. . . is the matter with theses people. Are they f. . . . stupid. I've told them twice before to unsubscribe me & I still get emails from them. They now have an unsubscribe button, that doesn't work, now there's a surprise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THEM. I USED THEM ONCE. BIG MISTAKE.
I had a response from Openpay & they claim they cannot unsubscribe former customers from "contractual" changes. The contract finished 2 years ago. I am not under contract & am no longer a customer. How long will they keep my information. Until they get hacked & my information is stolen, as in the case as with Optus?? Delete my information Openpay. You do not need to keep it any longer. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN 😡

I have been an OpenPay customer for 4+ years

I have been an OpenPay customer for years. Throughout my membership, I spent over $3,871.38+ with them always making my repayments in advance of their due date. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to close our small business. As a result we had to enter into a debt agreement with creditors of the business and set a short term repayment plan which we have met every obligation for and will continue to. We have never missed a payment for any creditors both business and personal.

While attempting to slightly increase our limit with OpenPay we subsequently had our OpenPay account closed completely instantly barring us from using their services. Despite explaining our situation regarding the current and non-permanent debt listed on our credit file in great detail we have been told we are now not eligible for an account basing their decision on our repayment history, which is absolute nonsense as our repayment history is outstanding.

Shame on this company for knowing our use of their service is exemplary and ignoring that fact.

Disgusting service.

There fees are shocking

There fees are shocking, compared to afterpay who dont charge anything.
Plus you can use afterpay at bunnings now. So by by Openpay. Not going to rob me anymore.

Thanks for the review Steven! When you have a larger purchase to make and are required to pay it over 4 payments, you will find Openpay less financial straining being able to provide payment plans that are longer than 4 payments.
