The app is very well made, clear organisations and rich functionality. You can find a Hypnosis session that addresses your problem or just fits your mood. It’s nice that you have a community there and can share your meditative paintings, for example! The best thing, you can adjust the hypnosis sessions / meditations according to your preferences
