I've never dealt with a worse company

I've never dealt with a worse company. This is a joke, not a company. Incompetent and a complete waste of time. If I could, I would give a minus 1 rating. Imagine this — I've been waiting over a year for rewiring to be done in my flat, and they've just postponed everything again by another week. It's an absolute nightmare, this isn't a proper company. I think about eight of them have already been to my place just to check things, take photos and do other nonsense. A complete nightmare. I hope Hammersmith replaces you soon with someone else, because this is just a disaster. There is nothing that could justify you — do you understand? Nothing. I've also filed a complaint with Hammersmith and Fulham, and with the Ombudsman, because I've simply had enough of you. You've wasted over a week of my time just waiting for your workers who either showed up and did nothing, or didn't show up at all. Most recently, on Wednesday, you even sent a manager to me, who took another photo and told me you'd come on Monday. Just leave me alone already.

Awful don’t waste your time

Awful don’t waste your time . Those that answer the phone are polite but behind the scenes a terrible company , engineers that leave you worse off then when they come & clueless, I knew more than they did . Over it I will be taking this further .4 months no service fobbed off from one week to the next . Why has guiness changed satelite company’s the one they used before were brilliant . Same thing happened I lost channels they fixed within 5 mins , they’ve now decided 4th diagnosis) building works is culprit . Rubbish it’s happened on & off for 5 yrs , they’re just clueless .

Supposed to fit new handset today

Supposed to fit new handset today. What a joke!! I have been without my handset in retirement complex for two weeks. Supposed to get one today, never bothered to check if I was in!! Engineer said he'd been and it was outside intercom that was faulty, rubbish, other tenants checked theirs, no problem. So I cannot get shopping delivered, my meds delivered and God help me if I need an Ambulance, Im screwed because they can't contact me to get the bloody door open for access. Well done Openview your customer service is unbelievable!!!!

Had to contact Openview about an emergency call out

Had to contact Openview about an emergency following the sad passing of a resident and gaining access to help the pets left behind in the apartment. They called me back within an hour and did an amazing job of prioritizing this call out to ensure the safety of the pets left behind in the property after their owner passed away. Great service

OpenView are truly terrible

OpenView are truly terrible, they contacted me to make appontment for electrical safety check. We made the appointment and they sent conformation text. All of this was straight forward.....then.... ever since, I have been recieving fictional appointment letters, followed by letters saying they came to my home and nobody was here, then when I have called (on a premium number) they just apologise and say it wont happen again....then a few days later it happens again. I am a pensioner and cannot afford constant phone calls to them. This is bordering on harrassment and I am writing this to warn others about this company that is being used by local councils....so far this has happened three times in three weeks

I live in a retirement complex and…

I live in a retirement complex and OpenView sent an engineer to check my alarm system. On checking it he informed me that the system was not operating as there had not been any cable installed and that I would require new cable and trunking. On asking a friend who is an alarm installer to check this, he informed me that the only fault was with the door contacts, which I replaced and the alarm works fine.
I wrote to OpenView on a number of occasions requesting a refund of the cost of the door contacts, they not only did not refund me, but ignored my emails, I had expected at least an apology.
If I had a choice I would not use this company and would advise others, especially the elderly to be very careful of any advise they give.

Residents Safety

I live at Crowne House in Eastbourne and the development is run by FirstPort.
Our house manager has been trying for 3/4 months to get someone to come and sort out her DECT handset; it does not link to the system for whatever reason. She continually contact her liaison person and gets lame excuses and promises they will come. Because of this she cannot do the pull chords checks which is now 6 weeks overdue. This flag up on First Port's system she is not doing her job when she is. This is possibly putting the residents at risk.

I am very happy with the response by…

I am very happy with the response by Open View this morning at my First Port Development, their engineer Paul Goodings attended within one hour and had my system fixed within half an hour, I find him reliable friendly and certainly knows what he is doing.

OPEN VIEW BEWARE CAME TO FIX MY TV ARIEL READ

Open View Group

This company likes to bully blind and deaf tenants. If you get a call from Ann the office manager she likes to talks to tenants like something dirty under her shoe. You think that the CEO Kevin would be better but he lies loves sending you round in pointless circles when your property is damaged and they have to pay you for it .

I contacted all the CEO of Open View I was ignored and told to go away they are not allowed to talk to me .

Open View Group demand you accept their offer or you get nothing they do this in a very intimidating way . I have tried to reason with Open View Company all through the pandamic when I had no TV and no radio . I will warn anyone who allows their rude engineers who don't tell you when they are coming they just show up no call no email no letter nothing .

When doing work the engineers don't even knock my door to say they were going to erect a ladder against my bedroom window on this date I had just come out of the shower unclothed to find an engineer peering through my bedroom window both engineers found it funny this has distressing to me and made me suicidal someone I can't see knows what I look like naked. Dispite putting in a complaint to Open View CEO I have not received an apology for the distress caused to me can you trust a company like this that has not decency.

Open View don't think any tenants should have an appointment date if they are in the area they drop in . how unprofessional even my friends have more manors than Open View Group.

Open View Group refuse to pay me for my damaged hi fi plus the distress this caused me I'm blind deaf with mobility issues Open View feel that I am the sort of person to bully dispite my disablities.

I want to end my life Open View is holding up my counselling to help me deal with the distress by not settling it. This is distressing me more making thoughts of ending my life stronger to carry out. This is because their engineer seeing me naked took my self respect and dignity away from me. I will never ever get that back I am very much on the edge and Open View Group are pushing me over the edge delaying this conclusion which is my counselling.

I have left this honest frank feedback so no one has to go through what I have it is very scary.

Open View don't care about anyone but their bullying self I will not be bullied but my mental health is falling apart day by day I'm not sure if I can hold it together in time for my counselling sessions

I hope I will be around to at least to serve as evidence of how I am still feeling about the incident that distresses me every day

Openview visit to Sandbanks…

I manage the Sandbanks Site in Hoylake on The Wirral and you engineer Mark Dillon has been on site checking pull cords and pendants in the apartments and communal areas. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and got round the building quickly and efficiently without any problem. Openview has given us good service for many years and i have never had a problem with them.

Thank you to the Engineers in Yorkshire

I am working with an old ECS here at Rowan Court, Thirsk, for which i have regular failures and yet again I had a front door panel failure, that was then linked to a remote activation fire panel issue on the cards in the control unit.l
Steve attended site and was really helfpul and arranged to attend with Steve Rebbeck on Saturday morning and they both managed to resolve the issue. Both Steve's were very helpful and friendly and were determined to resolve the issue which scratched a few heads to start with.
Thank you to both Steve's for your devotion to getting the job done.
Also like to thank Vinny who also had arranged for Steve to attend Weds to try and resolve the FP issue too and was equally determined to resolve it.
