Gratitude for efficiency

The pleasantness of the staff their hopefulness when their carrier didn’t do what they said they kindly replaced the lost sheet at no cost to me but obviously it cost themselves I hope they gave their DPD carrier what for they were appalling in spite of several phone calls and instructions they didn’t do what they were told and in the end they changed their carrier who delivered it with absolutely no problem the next day I can’t thank them enough they were extremely cooperative and supportive it was very stressful not a good place to be when you’ve just had a stroke

Opera Signature Bed

My experience of dealing with Opera from start to finish was excellent and I felt that Michelle who was taking care of me and my needs ensured I purchased the correct item to suit my disability needs.

Delivery of the bed was excellent and it was assembled perfectly by Patryk and Michal.

Bed delivery & set up

Purchase and installation service excellent

Ordering on the website and conversations during the delivery planning were helful and informative.
Deliveries and installations, including notifications of progress were excellent too.
Initial usage of bed and chair and table suggest well designed and made products.

Harry from opera beds was very…

Harry from opera beds was very professional and helpful with all aspects from start to finish. Darren and Rich who came to fit and show us the operations of the bed. We’re very helpful and excellent. Could not fault them both in any way at all. we are getting used to the remote controls getting there slowly.😂 with the Carrington bed we have chose. highly recommended Opera beds to anyone (and the dog likes to) 😉😉 thank you all very much. 👍🏻👍🏻

Had the pleasure of meeting Greg and Owen today who delivered our signature comfort profiling bed. They were very professional and made the whole process of dismantling our existing bed and setting up the new bed with ease.
Extremely efficient and courteous making the experience seamless.
They cleared away any packaging and explained the bed functions.
Extremely happy with service from purchase to delivery .
Opera have exceeded my expectation.
My mother will be at ease the functionality of a hospital bed with the comfort of feeling like your in your own bed.

The delivery drivers Rich and Darren were brilliant. They were efficient and friendly, made conversation and were conscious about my new carpet when they were coming in from the rain! Great experience.

Every single aspect of the service was…

Every single aspect of the service was excellent. From ordering, changes to orders, delivery and set up, I cannot recommend Opera enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Special thanks to Dwaine and Lukasz who set the bed up working around my infirm father-in-law, even helping us scoot him from old bed to new bed. At all times working quickly, quietly and with utmost respect.

Totally recommend Opera Beds great experience. Ricardo was so helpuful in helping us with choosing our bed. Rich and Darren too the engineers who set the bed up, very professional and polite. Had a great first nights sleep.

Excellent product and fantastic service. Highly recommended.

My wife needed a profile bed so we visited one of their showrooms just outside High Wycombe. Great attention to detail and not rushed, to ensure the perfect solution was purchased.
Everything was in stock and the bed was duly delivered and assembled a few days later by Dwaine and Owen. They also took away the old bed and mattress.
She enjoyed an excellent first night's sleep!

A good experience

The bed is just what we needed and customer care was very good.
The only fly in the ointment was that you had recorded the delivery date as 17th December whereas we had booked it for 17th November. Fortunately you were able to rectify the problem and the bed was delivered on the 17th November.

A1 service and product - recommended

We purchased a low profiling bed plus mattress, rails, etc. for my mother, who is mostly disabled and was coming out of hospital.

The bed is excellent, easy to use, she finds it comfortable, it's very well built, can't fault it.

I opted for next day delivery and self-build - just to warn you it is heavy and can be done solo, but far easier with 2.

Delivery was fast and excellent, the only down side was the 2 wooden side rails had been damaged in transit. Not a problem though, they are mostly cosmetic and as soon as the company were told they despatched replacements overnight.

I could have purchased a bed through a mobility shop, but they were the same beds, plus they may not be in stock and replacement parts may have taken longer.

Staff were excellent and friendly, service can't be faulted.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from the start and an easy ordering process
The bed arrived promptly but if you are assembling yourself the carrier will not take the pallet into the home and it took two strong men to move it !!
The assembly itself is quite straightforward with the help of a YouTube video we found but definitely needs two people.
The bed is amazing and looks very smart and good quality the controls are really easy to use even for someone with arthritic hands
We chose an air mattress and were really impressed with that too the pump is not noisy so doesn’t disturb sleep and mum slept the whole night through for the first time in ages!

Non functioning product and horrible customer service

I stressed that this product needed to be rushed for my elderly mom and was told our order was in stock. Then when it had not shipped and I inquired, they said, it's actually not in stock and offered another color. I was misadvised on what the color was.

I the scheduled delivery and install without being informed that It was two separate companies. What ensued was a nightmare. My terminally ill mom was stressed out and out of sorts by the end of the day.

They were supposed to deliver early in the afternoon and they showed up at 10. I asked the delivery if they knew what they were delivering because I had multiple deliveries scheduled. They said that they didn't so I told them to come get me when they were ready and let me know. They then left. It took six hours to get them to come back and deliver, but they did not know how to remove it from the pallet. Then the install people came. They also did not know how to put it together or install it. I had to cancel a very special evening the night before thanksgiving that I had planned for her and instead be here with them for 4-5 hours - creating so much stress. At one point, I asked them to leave and they said they couldn't until their manager approved.

They didn't know how to put it together and said we'll just figure it out together but then couldn't.

At the end of the day, I was left with a lot of exhaustion and stress that should never have happened with this expensive of a purchase, a terminally ill woman who was in completely overwhelmed by it, and a non functioning bed. I voiced to them that we do not want it. I want it uninstalled and removed ASAP for a refund and I have had to go around in circles talking to multiple people without a solution yet. This is two days later. Absolutely clueless and horrific experience and customer service all around. And I will not stop until a refund is processed because it is extraordinarily wrong
