Please!! everybody do not order from this company!
However well they’ve done in the previous years they are seriously not doing well now.

They have taken my money and I haven’t received my items,

I can go on and on about their service, which is non-existent, so please avoid it is a scam!!!!!

This company is a scam.
I ordered a $100 bracelet as a gift, and it never arrived. The customer service ignored my multiple attempts at outreach.

I understand that this isn't a big deal for some folks, but spending this much on a bracelet is a special and meaningful gift for others. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this company.

Please don't position yourself as an ethical organization while you steal money from hard-working individuals.

Used this company a lot in previous years, sent a bracelet back and had a lovely lady deal and personal email to correspond bought a bracelet this Christmas 2022 and it’s scratches badly, initial email said return which I did recorded, now no response to emails or chat! Terrible company now! Shame!

Unsure what has happened to this company, I have purchased a few items which have all been amazing. I purchased a bracelet on the 2nd of Feb. they told me the next day there was a delivery issue and would contact me when its despatched. its now March and still nothing. I have contacted trading standards to see where what right I have in requesting my money back. I'm totally gutted as they have some amazing items on there website.

REQUESTED A REFUND FOR MY ITEM AND THE MONEY WAS RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS, NO FUSS OR ISSUES.

Poor customer service. I bought an expensive bracelet for a special present and it was sent without gift packaging as advertised. Emails weren’t responded to so I bought a box from Etsy at additional expense.

My friend loved the bangle but the clasp wasn't secure and she lost it after three wears. So a waste of money and embarrassment

My partner ordered a bracelet as a gift for me however we have never received this order!! No contact number for this company, the email address is invalid and the online chat doesn’t work! We have been absolutely scammed!! We finally got in contact with someone through FB messenger where they have refused a refund and blamed Royal Mail for missing parcel !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have placed 2 orders with this company in November 2022 and am still waiting for them, one is showing delivered but only part of it was. I have been emailing them no response and now been told to use the chat on the website which is useless and no one responds. I have sent an instagram message and facebook still not getting anywhere. The telephone number states 24hr concierge service if you email load of rubbish. So disappointed in there customer service it does not exist at all!!

Don't bother ordering from them, you won't receive your products!

I wished I had read reviews before placing an order. Ordered placed 23.12.22. Still not arrived and no update on status of order. Tried chat function, which is basically no use, just to passive you and make you think your order may come. This is the first time I've ever reviewed an item but feel so angry about the poor service felt I had too.

I placed an order on the 1st January via next-day delivery, it’s been over a month and I still have not received my items.

I have tried to contact this company numerous times via the chat function on their website, by email and also DMs on Instagram but have received no response in regards to when my items will be delivered or if they have even been dispatched. No shipping or tracking information has even been provided at all.

Please save your money and do not order from here. They are quick to take your money but will not send your items or respond to provide any helpful explanation.

If you still wish to go ahead with your purchase after reading all the negative reviews that say the same thing, ensure you use PayPal so you can at least try to get your money back or a refund if they fail to fulfil your order.

Ordered a bracelet, this broke after wearing it a week ..was sent a replacement which also broke ! Finally was sent a new one and as a good will gesture was sent a free bracelet... both these two bracelets have now broken ..been chasing a reply from customer services for over 2 weeks .appauling service .

Horrendous (Company I use that term loosely).This company is quick to take your payment, when you place an order??
I placed an order in December(after all the postage strike dates).I was informed 2/3 days delivery,but I thought it might be slightly longer due to the Christmas..After not receiving the item,I messaged them directly.I finally got a response saying there was a problem with logistics that day,and it will be posted Next Day Delivery?? Still didn’t arrive??so clearly was not posted out at all.I then messaged again,got a reply blaming Royal Mail saying a lot of delays and missing parcels.So I asked for my tracking number and date it was despatched?(that’s their procedure when an order has been despatched, to send a text,and email)no reply so clearly was not posted out NEXT DAY DELIVERY AT ALL.Since this iv had no replies to the many emails iv sent to them,requesting a refund.Iv got proof of all the correspondence sent.In the end I went back to PayPal(that’s how I paid for the item)explained my situation,and got a full refund..SHOCKING COMPANY..Steer clear,save your money and time chasing them.

Ordered two bracelets and they were not delivered, company do not respond to any emails or live chat conversations.

I ordered thes in November. Shame because the bracelets are lovely!

I ordered an item, got an email on 29/11 that it was shipped but never received the item and the company does not reply to my requests.
I payed for it but never received my order.

Items never arrived and they stopped responding after pretending to resend the items.

This is the forth piece of jewellery iI have purchase from Opes Robur, and all have been excellent quality.

Such a stunning bracelet & so unique, love the clasp design too. This piece is fabulous worn on its’ own or stacked with other bracelets.

Really pleased & a great edition to my jewellery collection; I’ve had lots of compliments too! I will definitely be buying again & adding to my collection!

Absolutely beautiful bracelet. I purchased the screw cuff bangle, I love it and I’m always asked about it. Too many gorgeous things to pick from. I will definitely be buying more….
