I purchased these stirrups for my granddaughter, as she often lost a stirrup when landing off a jump and I was so frightened she may fall off or be dragged by getting her foot stuck in a stirrup. I had inquired a few years ago about their stirrups and unfortunately they didn't ship to Canada yet. As soon as they did (a year later) they sent me an email to let me know. It was so thoughtful and since then I have have been able to get all my questions answered right away.

I recently received my Ophena stirrups but had an accident with my back on the same day. I contacted Ophena team about the returns guarantee they provide, as obviously i am unable to try the stirrups in the next 4-6 weeks. They have been very understanding and have extended the guarantee deadline for me. Hopefully i will soon be able to give a proper review as i was so thrilled with the packaging …. it was truly exceptional. Cant wait to try my stirrups and show off the engraving.

I knew I will sound like a salesman but I just a bad rider with a bad knee , I tend to lose my stirrups whille switching gaits (trot - kort galop and the other way around ) , which makes me try to stick my foot back whille keeping the speed which creates safety problem and I always keep focus on my knee and not the other 100 thing needed as shoulders back .
Riding with regular stireps tend to give me pain in the knee due to joint problem .
I was sceptical buying those new stirups due there price , today after trying them the first time my opinion is that there are worth every euro - safety first !
