5 star customer service all the way, very quick and painless when dealing with exchanges!

Customer service is second to none! Absolutely great, always willing to answer your questions and try their best. I had to wait for my stirrups for a while due to stock arriving late, but they took time to explain to me what is happening and made sure my stirrups were sent asap, at the end I got them earlier then I thought I will. Can’t fault the service or the product!

I really like these irons, they keep your leg in place and were very secure for the first couple weeks. After two weeks it seemed the slightest movement of foot would release the boot...not sure if this is normal or not....

Where to start... customer service 5* packaging 5* and the products themselves 5* I don’t think I could ever use any other stirrups! Definitely worth every penny. They’re super easy to get use to and make you feel so secure and safe! Took me two attempts to take my foot out of the stirrup, which once you get the hang of it it’s super easy! Now onto the evolution again 5* for everything, the material feels top quality, it looks beautiful and I’m just a very very happy horse mum💜 if there’s anything I regret is not buying the ophena s sooner!

I just love the Ophena S stirrups 🤩 they have exceeded my wildest expectations 👌and will definitely not return them😉.
For example I have been getting compliments about my seat since I started using them, also most importantly I have stopped loosing the stirrups while riding, gained a very stable feet/body while riding and they have also improved my confidence a lot while riding.
Therefore I can recommend them with all my heart to everyone (have been doing that already😉), weather they have problems with loose stirrups or not.

P.s I received them I middle of February and the service was excellent.

Amazing product, and even more amazing customer service. Fast delivery. I know a little more expensive than other stirrups, but getting what you pay for really applies to these. If you want to feel safe, and look good, these are for you! They do command attention :-)

An unexpected issue with insoles and not only a response but dealt with within 48 hours. The resolution was above and beyond what would have been expected. Outstanding customer care

Great product, great service! I am really happy with my stirrups and soles. The nice thing is you can put your soles in every boot you want to ride with!

Love Ophena! The staff are so personable, really personal service which is so rare in this day and age. If you have any query or want to change anything the guys get back to you so quickly and can’t do enough.

Oh, and I’ve just ordered our second set of Ophena S stirrups, they’re really fantastic! I love them as they’re very difficult to ‘lose’ and yet very very safe! We also have the saddle pads and they are absolutely gorgeous!

Brilliant service all round. I was a little concerned when I purchased my stirrups about the lead time as this had changed since I brought them on their site and emailed Ophena on a Sunday. They got back to me within the hour re-assuring me of my dispatch date would still be available he same. However I got my stirrups just under a week early, only took the day after dispatch for them to come. Just love my stirrups and what a fantastic customer service experience from Simon who was always more than happy to help with my enquires, would highly recommend this company.
