A dodgy Chinese company. I should have ordered from Bol.com so at least I could have sent it back as it's not a real cable they sent me.
seems like a Dutch site, but are Chinese scammers. package arrives three weeks later than promised. When unpacking, there appears to be a used battery in an open package. customer service does not respond. people who have no business here, seems cheap but is expensive.
They sent me a fake battery and i wanted to turn back to them for get back my money because they wrote in their site that it has gaurantee but they didn’t do that and told me you have to send it to china with your paiment. That a f**** bad store.
When someone orders an item from in the Netherlands from what appears to be a Dutch webshop, you expect delivery within a day or two at the most.
I ordered an adapter for my computer on Wednesday. I wrote into support on Thursday after not having received any shipping confirmation asking for a refund if the item was not going to arrive at latest by Friday. I got no response on Thursday, so I emailed again and got a standard reply saying they would reply in 24 hours. Then on Friday, I got an email with tracking saying the item was being shipped from China. Obviously, I will not arrive anytime soon so I had to order another adapter from another company.
To the webshop owner: You seem to have chosen not to communicate shipping times because it might cause people not to order with you. You should instead manage peoples expectations and communicate this fact. And after receiving my email specifically asking for a refund, you should have honoured that request instead of shipping the adapter. So in my book, you are running a dishonest business.
I hope I save some people the trouble by reporting that here.
Dont do it!! Chinese fake stuff. adapter got super hot, as in, almost burned my house down hot before it broke. stopped working after a couple of days. useless, worst 50 euro spend ever.
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I first ordered the product, and then I read the reviews about this website here and was afraid that it was a fraud, I even tried to return the money, but I did not succeed, and I am glad because in the end the ordered product arrived quite quickly. I ordered a power adapter and a battery for more than 100€, the adapter arrived in a week, but there was no battery, I wrote a letter to the site and immediately received a reply that the product was still clearing customs in the Netherlands, I received a new tracking link, a week later mine arrived battery. Yes, it is not an original, but a replica, but the quality is very high, visually it is no different from the original, the plastic does not have any extra smells, everything works, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
This is a Chinese compagny. They sent the wrong battery. When I tried to return the package it does not respond or gives nonsens information like "peel off the sticker on the battery".
