I am so happy with the course , I took the financial markets and institutions, great course, easy to follow, the layout and the end of module test, also customer service team excellent, response times very quick

On the 7' October I started a course with Oplex, but by the 10' October I cancelled the course and requested a refund.
They acknowledged my email and stated a refund will be made. Three weeks later no sign of a refund and now they will not answer my email requesting an update.

i have done many courses with this company and loved every minute of learning i have always added the hard copy certificates and been very pleased with them ,,today i have passed my Forensic Science and Profiling Course with top marks ,,I have ordered my certificate and if like all the others it should only be a few days ,, looking forward to starting my next course ,,,,

Never had the confidence to do a course and knowing that it's all online is great. The price is amazing too. Well done

Payment made for a course and I have been trying to reach this company by phone for 2 weeks at various times during the working day every day for 2 weeks.
I have submitted an online contact us form with my contact number and also sent an email to the info@ email address. I've had no response to any of my attempts. How can I contact speak to one of your team please when the phone line isn't answered and my email isn't responded to?

Easy to follow course and very informative

I cannot recommend this website enough for the courses. I ordered both the basic dog grooming course and the advanced dog grooming course as a bundle. Unfortunately only
The basic one was added onto my student portal, so I emailed the customer service email at the top of the webpage and I received a reply within 24 hours and they had uploaded the other half of the bundle course already. Very friendly and helpful, I have also used this website for my British sign language introduction and had no problems with anything. I order the certificates after each course and I received it the next working day, I couldn’t believe how fast it was. It’s such an easy process to buy a course, you get your student login emailed over to you within minutes of purchasing the course and then you can access it as soon as you want to. I would HIGHLY recommend it for the amount of courses you can study here BUT also for the prices too. They beat all the other websites out there and that’s why I am a returning customer.

Their style and lessons are easy to follow. One is able to do the course in the comfort of one's home.

I purchased a course from Oplex Careers. It wasn't what I expected at all and I was very upset that I had wasted my money. I emailed them twice a few days apart. I realised that I had emailed the wrong company (TheCourseMix). I live chatted with TheCourseMix who told me I had purchased the course from Oplex (they must be related companies because I was about to sign into my TheCourseMix learning account and see the course). They told me that I would receive an email from Oplex and I did and they said they would refund me.
I'm yet to receive the refund but hopefully I will shortly, but overall a very positive experience.
