Unreliable device and poor customer service
My second Opolo wallet has now failed. The first wallet failed during a recomended firmware updated and was effectively ‘bricked’.
The unit was replaced but now the second device has also failed. It will not power up when connected to my Pc.
Following email exchanges with the support team, I am being told that Opolo will not replace it despite it being within the 2 year warranty period as their warranty is based on the purchase date of the first device.
So now I am unable to access my crypto. 2 devices failed in just over 2 years and a less than helpful customer services team.
