Have made an order few weeks ago,and still got only one tire instead of two
Have made an order few weeks ago. Send me only one tire of set of two!! THIS TIRE IS ALREADY OVER THAN TWO YEARS OLD!!!!! Which is very old even this one is Pirelli Premium. Bear on your mind NCT allows you to pass your test with tires not old then 6 years. They are not worthed money you paid for this low quality service and low quality products!! Making an order soon I thought I have enough time to be delivered that tires before my NCT appointment ... but not for them. I have lost appointment now becasue I triesd to believe they are about quality , obviously THEY ARE NOT ABOUT QUALITY This jokers sent me one tire last week and still waiting for another tire. This jokers from poland won't have respect to their customers. Their custom is very bad!!! Never ever again with them , Avoid them unless you gonna waste your time or money, There is a lot local businesses which serve you same tire at nearly at the same price so no reason to put yourself into a risk that these clowns makes you extra to pay!! I need a tires purchased from you not your dummy copy & paste excusses.You blamed anyone but not yourself for being using cheap delivery company!! I CAN SEE I'M ONE OF HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WHICH WOULD A LOT OF PROLEMS WITH PURCHASE, YOU FAILED AGAIN WITH MY SECOND PURCHASE AND IT WOULD BE A LAST ONE AS I NEVER EVER APPROACHED YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN. If I still have no reply from you regarding time on delivery then will OPEN CHARGEBACK case at my bank. [Update] They sent me suspicious forms to fill up with sensitive data and sing up whcih can be used up against their delivery company which I never deal with them. Literally they asking me for claim refund from delivery company for something that never has been sent to me via this delivery company. 30days passed, no tire, no money, no reply from them. This story is to warn you before you fail with your purchase in this company.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the partial delivery of your order. We understand the inconvenience this has caused. We are currently investigating the location of the second tyre with the courier company. Please also note that the statutory delivery time is up to 30 days.
Regarding the tyre’s production date, we would like to clarify that tyres up to 5–6 years old are considered fully safe and suitable for sale and use, provided they have been stored correctly, in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards, including Pirelli guidelines.
Referring to the update in your review, the form you described as “suspicious” is an LBS (Letter of Beneficiary Statement). This is a standard written declaration confirming that you have not received the goods. We requested this document because the courier company insists that the shipment was delivered in full. In order for us to formally dispute their delivery confirmation and proceed with a claim against them, we require your signed statement confirming non-receipt. This document is not a claim for you to submit to the courier, but an internal requirement allowing us to take further action on your behalf.
We take customer satisfaction and service quality very seriously. Your feedback has been forwarded to our logistics and customer service teams so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.
