If there is Zero star to give I would…


If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a tyre that turned out to have a serious safety defect — it developed a bubble before even being used. When I requested a refund, they claimed the issue occurred during mounting. However, a professional assessment confirmed it was a manufacturing defect, as the rubber was weak in one area.

They took weeks going back and forth with excuses, only to finally send me a “complaint procedure” form that required me to fill out lengthy paperwork and even pay shipping fees to return the tyre.

This is unacceptable service, and I intend to file a formal complaint against this company.

I NEVER AGREED WITh ANY SOLUTION , and will next report the service to the EU centre of complaint .

I have supplied service report , and around 12 pictures of tyres , without any support from your end .

I still request full refund

Excellent company as far as i'm…

Excellent company as far as i'm concerned , great prices, good delivery ( a little slow) took nearly a week for the 4 tyres to come through , but they delivered straight to the tyre fitter. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered 4 micheline tyres got 3…

Ordered 4 micheline tyres got 3 micheline and one nexen tyre in completely different size. Contacted customer support which keep asking ne for stupid photo of delivery label which got torn when i was trying to get pictures of tyres. This is second time similar thing happened to me… i cant understand how somebody could mistaken 16 inch tyre for 18 inch one and in complete diferent brand. Would not recomend would give 0 stars if i could

Good service

Good service, I am a returning customer and I was looking for a tyre size that is not very popular so couldn't find it in any tyre places. So I got them from these guys.
They do say delivery is in 2-3 days, but it took longer than that. 6,7 days. I know sometimes is not in their control but I would be great if they can estimate more accurately.

They are good until you need them

I recently purchased two budget segment tires from Oponeo. While I understand that lower-end brands may offer reduced durability compared to premium options, I believe that safety and stability should not be compromised. Since installing these tires, I have experienced significant instability in my vehicle, regardless of weather conditions, which has raised serious safety concerns.

When I inquired about this issue and the potential risk of accidents, I was informed that this instability is a characteristic of the tire. This response suggests that Oponeo does not prioritize customer safety. I suspect there may be a manufacturing defect, but without a professional assessment, my concerns were dismissed, and my case was closed. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered a 10% discount on new tires, based on my original purchase value.
This kind of gesture could easily be mistaken for a joke, but it is a serious issue as it involves potential safety risks and the possibility of accidents. I am concerned that management may not be aware of this approach toward customers, as well as the perception that their tires do not prioritize safety, regardless of the market segment.

Wouldn't touch this company with a…

Wouldn't touch this company with a bargain pole, ordered 4 new tyres & only got 2.then they had the neck to blame dpd. I checked with courier myself & only 2 tires on dispatch form. Confronted company & got only excuses after excuses. .spend your money elsewhere!

Not recommended at all. Selling tyres which are not in store. Then after 5 days sending email with apologies.
