Order should come in 48 hours. Didnt come 72.
One of the lady from customer service was very rude. Give us fault information about order, didnt want to help with solving the problem, gave answers like she dont want to work in that sector.
Tyres have been delivered at friday, when lady said maybe saturday or monday. Thank you very much, never again

No legal return policy
First the delivery of rims where the wrong colour. Second the rims did not fit, while their site have a very specific tool which rims should fit my car!
The site does not provide a possibility to enter if you have sport version or any comment saying - keep this in mind!
Now I want to return the rims, which is my legal right within 14 days, but now they claim to have taken the rims out of the box to see if they would fit on the car!!
Unfortunately, you can not depend on what they present on their site - it will fit! If in the end it does not fit, they will not return the rims!!!
I just now gave them final notice and will hand it over to ACM in the netherlands

Due to a mistake at our warehouse, you received rims in the wrong colour, and after reporting this to us, we offered you that we would collect the rims from you or, if you wanted to keep them, we would give you a discount. You agreed to the discount, so you received a partial refund. When you placed your order, you gave us the wrong car model, which is why the rims did not fit your car. Unfortunately, the rims had already been fitted and, according to our regulations, we were no longer able to take them back. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I've bought winter tires from Oponeo. They have lot of brands of that with a wide range of prices for every wallet. They sent the order right away, so I am very satisfied with a delivery as well.

I have order new tyres with fitting at…
I have order new tyres with fitting at one of their partners. On a website it was written that the tyres price already include recycle of the old ones. Unfortunately I was charged extra fee by the montagepartner for old tyres as apparently the was no invoices issued to the transaction. I have provided them with email I received from you with order confirmation and payment details but still they requested additional fee for recycle.
