I am unable to go to a regular opticians due to my mobility . My opticians give me the contact number for Optical Yorkshire. Excellent professional service. Caroline and Sarah were so helpful. Everything was so relaxed, professional proficient and competent.

My 94 yr old mum, bed-bound in a nursing home, had given up hope of ever being able to see again. Thanks to the infinite patience, professionalism and expertise of the visiting two opticians from Opticall Yorkshire yesterday, she now has varifocals on the way and is no longer locked into a blurry bubble. They picked up on a previously undiagnosed eye injury and actually had her reading small print after five years of being unable to see even the controls on her TV remote, despite previous visits from other opticians! The improvement to her quality of life will be immeasurable! Our deepest thanks to Sarah and Caroline. xxx
These two ladies are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above to make sure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who, like me, can't get out.

In April 2021 Opticall undertook a home visit to test my 89 year old father's sight and provide new glasses. Booking was straight forward, the assessment was prompt and thorough. In particular Caroline and Sarah were kind and patient with my father and despite his moderate dementia diagnosis, they were able to carry out a comprehensive assessment including retinal photos.
Glasses were dispensed and fitted promptly.
My father is very pleased with his new glasses.
We would recommend Opticall.
