Very good customer service, prices are competitive but not always the best for contacts.

I have used OptiContacts for years buying contacts for my grandson. When I ordered contacts for him this time, nothing happened for a few weeks. I
then read in an email that repeated attempts to reach the doctor had failed. I sent a copy of the contact order via email to the email address provided. Nothing happened. A week later I went online and saw that my order was still pending. The message said that I had to give them my birth date. Since the contacts were not for me, I called the company and they told me they had not received anything from the doctor. I told them I had sent them a copy of the order by email. I was told they never received it. While on the phone I forwarded the previous email to them. It was then that my order was finally filled. This has taken weeks. It was disaster. Very disappointed.

Quick shipping, good customer service, quality contacts for a very reasonable price.

I’m absolutely amazed at how helpful the staff were as I originally ordered the wrong contacts , they quickly replaced the ones I originally ordered and made everything right which is so rare these days. They forever have my business . Thank you !!!!

Price, speed and quality all on point

Very quick - ordered and had my new contacts within a week. Had to contact customer service to order another box and they were very helpful with my additional order. Very polite and professional employees! Thanks for the great service.

Wouldn't place my order because they couldn't verify the contacts for my prescription since my doctor wrote a different contacts brand. I had told them I have proof of the trial lenses that were given to me, and then I said contact my doctor which they did, but it took about a day. I am very unsatisfied with how this was handled, and I will not be doing business with them again.

Competitive prices, quick delivery and excellent customer support

This place never disappoints. Their prices and availability of products (even specialty contacts like astigmatism) are always fantastic… I wear astigmatism lenses which are much more expensive than regular contacts and opticontacts is about $50-$100 cheaper than ANY competitor. It’s mind blowing. And they stay the cheapest, in the last 3 years their prices increased by $1-$2. Ontop of that, their customer service is what sets them apart. I rarely have an order issue, but when I have, like my RX changed and I needed different contacts all together or my order getting lost during shipping with fed ex… the customer service side helped me without any hesitation, no back and forth, they have real humans answering their phones, and they come with realistic customer oriented solutions. I ordered a set of contacts, within the same week my RX changed drastically and they gave me a full refund so I could then order the new RX and they had my new order placed before I even shipped them back the old contact boxes. Which I had opened by the way, and used 1 pair. They still replaced the entire order, had it done that day and new contacts arrived that week. This last order of mine… hadn’t showed up 2 weeks after I initially paid. I called customer service… they answered within minutes, checked on my order, saw that FedEx lost it, and got me a replacement order completed and added on express shipping for no added cost. I mean, what more could a customer ask from a retailer? Great prices, product availability, humans that answer you if you need help, and a service that takes care of customer concerns, without any time wasted and zero hoops to jump through? That’s why I won’t go anywhere else .

It’s easy to order. This time particular shipment came much faster! Customer service is great when I had an issue in the past.

Whoever is training your team on customer service is excellent. I consistently have great high level hospitality interactions. To be honest I would not expect that from a contact company.
