SENT FAKE ITEM
Brought a used nightforce nxs from them for £1100 opened it up looked legit then 2 months later I finally get the time to mount it and take it out which is when I noticed it wasn't very clear I contacted nf and they confirmed it's a counterfeit optic the optic is now with them and I'm still waiting for a response 9 days later I'm out of £1100 with nothing to show for it I just want a refund

Please be assured that we have certainly not ignored your enquiry. As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, we take matters like this very seriously and therefore needed to make the appropriate enquiries.
We have not left you without a response for nine days, as the unit only arrived with us earlier this week. As you can appreciate, it takes some time to gather the necessary information about the unit and trace its origin, particularly as the original purchase was made some time ago.
We have since been in touch with a resolution that we hope is suitable for you - and if you have any further enquiries please dont hesitate to call us.
