Great service. Explained the situation well. Fast and thorough.

I dealt with Sam and Nick and they were amazing. My hard disk was fried and they got me a new computer and transferred everything for me. I will definitely use them again

I asked Optima to take over the management of my wifi from another company. They've proven to be better in every way: better communication, much faster response times, friendly and constructive interactions.

I came into the shop in despair as I had multiple problems with my phone and iPad . Nick managed to resolve all the issues and I left with with fully functioning email ! I am delighted with the service I received. Highly recommend Optima. Thank you again Nick.

I had an issue with a wired internet cable going from my house to a garden office. They were very thoughtful in looking at how to resolve this and did an excellent job. I now get great speeds.

Nick was really helpful. He gave me sound advice with several options, found the best pc for my personal use. Once I’d bought the pc, I was given an appointment for the next day to bring and set it up. They also transferred my work too. Quick and efficient service. Sam was also great with after care.

Optima understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my new PC and made sure everything works as expected. As well as technical excellence, they are lovely people to work with and made buying a new PC a pleasure rather than a worry.

They were accessible and personable, clear information and answers. My laptop was beyond fixing but they were helpful each step of the way. Very trustworthy and I will use them again.

I have just taken delivery of my new Lenovo laptop computer. Everything was transferred from my old computer, including all software and data. Krish was a superb engineer throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend Optima for all computer requirements.

My laptop died on Christmas Day. Unfortunately Optima were obviously closed over the holiday so i sent an email warning them of the problem to which they responded over the break.

First day back they looked at the machine and gave me an approx cost of the repair and also a new machine and i went for the later. It arrived virtually the next day and transfer of info from the broken machine etc was dealt with very efficiently.
Minor problems / glitches were dealt with remotely very responsively

Always a very professional service from our local computer shop. They sorted out my email problem and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently.

I have asked for help on several occasions ,having just got a new laptop and Windows 11, so I was in dire need. The lovely, friendly staff were happy to help me even when the office was closed and was I glad about that. Lots of wrinkles needing sorting out. The staff are very experienced but somehow managed to not make you feel stupid and talk in terms you understand, without being patronising. Great support. Thanks, guys

Optima were excellent in helping me with my iMac. I called and spoke to Krish and without me even saying what the issue was he knew what the problem was, he explained everything to me and gave me a quote. He answered all of my questions calmly and patiently ( I am not very technical at all!) and within a week I had my computer back with a new hard drive, upgraded operating system and minus a stack of viruses that were there too ! The amount of relief you get when you know that someone knows exactly what they are doing, understands your concerns and that your whole business depends on the outcome of this is immense. I never write reviews, but I know that I found Optima on the basis of other people's reviews .. and filled with anxiety about my own iMac - I do hope this will help someone else in a similar position to the one I was in. I will recommend Optima to anyone I know. Thank you so much again to all the team
