Looks after all our companies IT solutions - Outstanding Service

I contacted Optima with a problem with my external hard drive which locked me out with the message that the drive was 'corrupted'.
I contacted the engineer who provided excellent advice and information and suggested I send the drive to Optima which I did.
It kept me in touch at each stage and informed me that they managed to recover the data and the drive was functioning. The charge was reasonable, and I can now access my files and data.
I thoroughly recommend this organisation for solving serious computer problems.

First class support on every level from finance to delivering everything they say.
I couldn't recommend Optima Training highly enough.
They are exactly in IT to " it does what it says on the tin "

I had been having problems with my laptop which was running very slowly and occasionally seizing up. Optima suggested replacing the old HDD with a more uptodate SDD drive and this has done the trick - feels like a new machine.

This was done in less than 24 hours - very impressive

I am so glad that my friend recommended me to Optima computers excellent work, very helpful and job done very quick and proffessnoly, can't praise these guy's enough.

Quick to get back and to fix my laptop screen. Felt that there was a good level of covid precautions.

My computer is a 5 years old Dell. I always struggled with it, quite slow, apparently because it didn't have an SSD. I didn't mind about the speed, I was not using the laptop much until my manager told me I had to work from home requiring a fully functioning laptop. I called Optima Computer and they sorted my laptop out in a week. My computer has never been this great!!!! They offer a great customer service, honest, accurate and reliable engineers. Truly recommended!!! Thank you so much!

I was very happy with everything. I took my Dell laptop for repair. Peter diagnosed the problem (a faulty screen) immediately. It was repaired just as soon as the replacement part arrived from Dell. Peter kept me up-to-date with progress on a daily basis and that was much appreciated. Thank you!
