Efficient, friendly, and helpful
The engineer from Optima set up a new machine with Windows 10 and transferred everything very successfully from my old Windows 7 machine. The whole process was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Another excellent Optima experience
Another excellent Optima experience. Tony took over my computer and quickly sorted out my problem with Microsoft 365 that I had battled unsuccessfully over several days. It is a great comfort that Optima are at the end of the phone, and the end of the road, in my case!

This is the first time we have used…
This is the first time we have used this company but would not hesitate to use again.The engineer Tony turned up promptly and wasted no time getting straight to work.Fault found,the tower needed to be taken to their work shop to have a part replaced and was returned the following day.At the same time I had the hard drive upgraded which has improved the speed of the computer.All in all an excellent fast and efficient service.Can thoroughly recommend this company.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I recently bought a lap top from Optima - they sourced a great one for me (I am non tech) and transferred everything from my old to the new. They were quick, thorough and very helpful with all aspects and got me up on running on my new computer very efficiently.

Optima installed a new pc for me. All data transfer software installation and email set up were done.
The whole process was stress free and worth paying for All I had to do was plug in and turn in.
I will go back to them for our next upgrade and can to recommend them highly enough
