Not to be made aware of the duty…

Not to be made aware of the duty charges in advance for when the product entering the country and just trick people with small print on a paper is absolutely disgusting… I work in customer service for 10 yrs but never had the audacity to reply in such a rude manner making people indirectly guilty for
Not reading the small print- as if you do when you order smth. And the product is not even as as the photo shows, an unlucky choice for a birthday present , had to think about another present … Horrible , first time that I ordered from you and is definitely last time… thank you!

I have received counterfeit sunglasses

I have received counterfeit sunglasses. I receivedy order this morning, when I opened it I instantly noticed it had photochromic etched on the left lens, which seemed odd to me. After doing my research I have found the sunglasses I purchased are not real, I have looked on all other sites that sell these sunglasses and none of them have photochromic etched on the lens just underneath Tom Ford. Only the counterfeit ones have this etching
